Very knowledgeable, friendly, & straightforward. Fixed my electrical issue caused by a lightning strike, checked the entire home electrical system for any other issues, & made upgrade suggestions to prevent future surges. Highly recommended!

Good company and service

Tech was very informative and explained things in a very easy to understand manner. I felt the tech had my safety first and foremost in his estimate of work needing to be done.

The technicians did excellent work and I would not hesitate to hire them again. The Company was well represented by the two techs.

Did a lot of work for us during the process of the upgrades. The electrician was very knowledgeable and went over a lot of the upgrades during the process. Was a pretty much all day project but we appreciate the services provided. Would recommend 100%.

the technician didn't clean up the shavings left from his drilling but other than that he did a great job worked hard and long and got all the fans installed

They were punctual, and timely. Overall, very pleased with the result. Could wear footies, other than that, very pleased.

The work was extremely expensive! I was surprised. this was an emergency. My regular electrician was unavailable. I felt other electricians skills were insulted by the person representing this company. I would not hire this company ever again, but would make them honor their warrenty which they do have. Part of the job was completed. Austin came into my home and seemed fine. He seemed kind and professional, but he seemed afraid to answer questions about my electrical problems. He also would not answer a simple question at the end-he would not even listen to my question that he would not have gotten in trouble for with his company. He kept telling me it was a liability issue. It actually wasn't. It was a simple question any electrician could answer. This is my home. People I hire are guests in my home. I expect to be respected in my home. My question was something any electrician could answer so therefore my next project would be with a company that is concerned about their customers and realizes that is where their money comes from.

The electrician did a superb job. I was told the job would take about 8 hours. It did. Thus I was able to schedule my day accordingly.

Mathew has gone the extra mile to provide me what I want regardless of the difficulty to install.

Ed Burton was very good. He had good suggestions to our project. Thanks Ed.

Great work, however very expensive and 6 hour late to the appt.
