Professional, courteous, and enjoyed the finished product as much as I did.

I hired this company and scheduled a next day appointment confirming that there would be absolutely NO service or estimate charge for a technician coming over and that any work requiring a fee would be cleared through me prior. 20 minutes after the 2 hour window passed of the scheduled service (on the next day), I called and they said the appointment was for a different day, but I told them that they had made a mistake because I would not have made the appointment that late because my house is at 93 degrees and needed sooner service. They agreed to get someone out on the day I originally scheduled (just REALLY late) but then they said I would have to pay a $100 something fee. I again reminded them that, that was not the case originally and they said it is now. So hire at your own peril.

Installed electrical source for two floodlights/cameras and a GFCI outlet. They installed the two floodlights/cameras that I provided. The job was good quality and completed fairly quick. Somewhat expensive.

A bit expensive and really emphasis the hard sell for the membership program but does fast and effective work and the program actually has some good benefits.

The electrician had done some previous work at the house and I hired them again to install a new ceiling fan in our front room. It did not take him very long and it looks great!

Making the appointment was easy and the staff was friendly. The technician arrived in time and cleaned up after himself. Workmanship was excellent. Only reason I marked Mr. Electric down one star is because they are a bit pricey. Granted, I'm very happy with the work, but I'm sure it didn't need to cost as much as it did.

I was amazed how quick customer service contracted me. They had a technician there within a couple of hours for a non emergency. They informed me his name, description, and number. Then the technician was very professional, willing to work the issue right then screen though out was getting late. He was great, the job he did was incredible, and he cleaned up well after himself. Great job.

Javier was courteous, polite, and professional. I needed a very minor job done and since I was hesitant to do the work myself. I paid more that a DIY repair and I'm not mad at that. I do not feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm very satisfied with the work done and I would recommend Mr. Electric/Javier for future electrical work.
