Qualtiy, professionalism, pricing are all part of the core values of this family owned business of Gary, Zack, and Lily. I was in need of getting an upstairs loft converted into a fourth bedroom, and some additional painting in our house. I called three drywallers that all said they would come out and do estimates and ended up being no shows, I got no response from them at all. When I contacted Gary, himself and Lily came out that day, on time, to do an estimate of the work I needed done. After he got all the information he needed, he said it would 24-48 hours to draft up an estiamte of the work. This is where the story gets interesting, He sent over the estimate the following day and after looking at it i realized that there was no way possible that it could have been accurate because the prices were just too low. I contacted my father in law who lives in colorado and builds homes for a living, he told me to double check with Gary that it was correct because he thought it was well under priced as well. I checked with Gary and he went through all his stuff and found only 2 things that he missed that totaled 25$. From there it was a no brainer that we needed this team to do our work.We had already framed and hung all the sheet rock but we needed all the taping and floating and mudding, trim to be hung and and all the painting that goes along with it. The Estimate we got was for 540$. Just to compare it, two other drywallers gave me ball park estimates over the phone for prices between the range of 800-1200$. We picked a day to start and Gary and Zack came in and got right down to work. It took them 7 days to complete all the work. The new room looks as if it was there from the time the house was built. This couldnt of been a more perfect company to hire. From set up to clean up, painting and trim, everything is picture perfect. They would do daily cleanup so it wouldnt look like our house was under construction and we could continue with a sense of normalcy. When all was said and done we ended up paying 900$, 540 for the room conversion and all the painting and an additional 360$ for 3 other large walls and trim to be painted. Of course the best part of this was the pricing, but you cant bypass the quality of the work, from every piece of trim being perfect to every single edge to all the mudding taping and texturing, it was everything i could of asked for and more. If your looking for the best prices in San Antonio along with A+ quality work from an extraordinary crew, look no furthur,Gary, Zack, and Lily are the people you need. On a side note, Gary is a jack of all trades, he can do pretty much anything and everything, we already have him scheduled for next month to come in and replace some lighting for us and a large crack above our fire place.
