 + -1 moreYou would think this is a new home. He comes whenever I holler and he is a wonderful contractor. Sam is so respectful and there's nothing I can ask him to do that he won't come out and do. If there's an issue, Sam will come right back out to fix it.
Description of Work: Sam has put tile down in eight rooms. In the bathrooms, he took out the old commode and sinks, replaced it with granite. I designed the tile and he took the tile all the way up to the ceiling. The floors are all brand new in the shower. His company also painted my wrought iron fence. He also put tile on my porch.

 + -1 mores and I had an entire tree come down across my back yard that also damaged my roof & vents putting holes in my roof. The tree came down in a violent storm with high vertical winds blocking entry or exit from the rear of my house. I called my Insurance Company that same morning and was told to call someone I trusted to begin repairs. I called Sam Lopez of Lopez Contracting. I used him for a Bathroom remodel for the handicap and installing 220 Dryer & washer connections inside my house in prior years and was highly pleased with his prices and work. He responded and brought a crew of his people in and cleared the debris and restore my house to proper condition within 3 days time.I highly recommend this Company to do your residential or commercial work. He is reasonable in price, professional and he guarantees his work!
Description of Work: I called Sam Lopez of Lopez Contracting and within a few hours he came over with a crew of people to start repairs on my roof, remove the tree debris and cover areas to protect from water entering my house. I bought a disposable camera and he went up of the roof taking pictures to show the insurance company the extent of damages. They continued working until the roof was temporarily covered to protect from further damage. He completed the repairs in an excellent manner in 3 days time!
