The main sewage line of my rented home backed up. I contacted Legend Plumbing, spoke with the service manager via phone, and scheduled an appointment. Bret explained over the phone that they would attempt to prioritize me due to the circumstances. They were out later that day to have a look. I received an estimate before the work began and agreed to the price. They were total professionals throughout the entire process. In the end the work performed was less than the estimate. I will definitely use them again.

I am so please with the quality of service and care I received from the moment I made my initial call until the end of my repair. Our technician Andy was on point. He walked in, took care of the problem, was so professional while being genuinely concerned with our issues. Never felt rushed, and it was truly an amazing experience. He asked me for a cloth to clean up after himself, I though that was an added quality. Yes I would definitely recommend this company. I cannot say enough about Legend Plumbing. Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and Jesse from Legend Plumbing was here by the end of the day. He stayed after hours to fix our water heater so we didnt go without hot water. His professionalism, time, cost and work were all absolutely 5 star. We will never use another plumber again. We also used them when we bought our new home during our inspection and they took amazing care of us.

They arrived on time, immediately spotted what was causing my water softener, and explained how it would be fixed. Within 2 hour everything was fixed and cleaned up. John was great. He cut out eight feet of concrete in the basement, installed new pipe from a toilet which was repeatedly plugged. He replaced some corroded pipe that was not part of the original job at no extra cost. He replaced the concrete, unplugged a floor drain, cleaned up, and removed all the waste material. came on time and finished early. Highly recommended.

I called the company and was able to get an appointment for a couple of hours later to Install a shower pan to my house. The plumber arrived within the scheduled. He completed the work within about an hour of arriving. He was very nice, informative, prompt, respectful, and did a good job. I would recommend this company with no problems.

He let us know their pricing and when we agreed he scheduled and his team to come out. On the morning of the appointment John kept us updated also as to what time to expect him. When crew arrived he went straight to work installing a new softener, and quickly figured out what was needed for the line to the ice maker. They crew was very knowledgeable and professional and was a pleasure to talk to. We are very happy we use them again!

Mario and his assistant quickly replaced my rotted leaky residential hot water heater. They were efficient, friendly, gave good advice, and did quality work. I would highly recommend this company.

My sump pump stopped working, and I had an inch of water throughout the entire basement. Couldnt get a cleanup crew until the pump was fixed. Was on a Saturday so had to wait for a call from the tech. Called many other plumbers who did not even return my messages, but Legend Plumbing called back right away and left immediately. Very pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and service provided. Will definitely have them come back to install a new bathtub.

The Service was outstanding. Legend Plumbing was able to provide same day service to clear a completely blocked main drain line. Joel was on time and very professional. He was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently. He clearly explained what he was doing and took the time to show me the condition of the drain line using the borescope and provided a frank assessment of the likely time and cost to get the line hydro blasted. The cost was as estimated when I scheduled the job with no added fees or surprises. Overall I am very satisfied and will likely make Legend Plumbing my first choice for any follow on work.

Their team does a nice job of communicating about timing for their visits - and they show up when they say they will. Clearly, they place a high priority on customer service. Jesse and crew installed the new unit yesterday. They were polite, professional, and attentive. Following the install Jesse showed me the required maintenance for the new softener. I recommend this team-and we will use them again as and when needs arise.
