Their customer service is subpar.

Law Security has been my alarm company for 15+ years. I have always found them to be helpful, polite, and courteous. Their service runs approx. $130/6 mon.

Our system was installed eight years ago and has worked perfectly. We call when we are going out of town and they know to send the police quickly, if our alarm is triggered, when we are away. They respond quickly when our alarm has been triggered accidentally. We have remained with them, because of their excellent service.

Law Security explained exactly how the system works. They provide quarterly check-ups on our system & we have never experienced any false alarms. They are good, polite people to work with. We will continue to do business with them.

We discovered Law through our homebuilder. The house was already wired, and sensors installed. Their technician came to our house on the same morning we called to complete installation. The work took about two hours. We pay them twice a year. He was knowledgeable and explained the system to us in detail, as well as what to do in case of emergency. We have not had any false alarms; so far the system has worked perfectly. Law called us at least once a month for the first three months to check on it.

Law Security does a good job. They clearly explained our system to us and how it works. We have not had any system malfunctions. They respond quickly when the alarm is triggered, they will check on us and send an officer. They have a good customer service and affordable prices.

Law Security is a great group of people to work with. They did an outstanding job clearly explaining how to operate our system. We feel comfortable that if our alarm goes off they will respond immediately and I trust them to keep us safe.
