i have used this company in the past. I had forgotten that when they came out for A/C service that even though we had a "service plan" the tech ALWAYS found something else for us to spend money on. This time we went from drain cleaning to $300 to thorough leaning for $800+ all of which seemed excessive. The tech could not justify the inflated expense other than to repeat the problem that he had found over and over in slightly different ways. I felt like I was being played. When I called I was told that the $29 service call fee would be waived if the work was done. The tech tried to charge me for it, said he'd "never heard of" waiving the fee which I thought was pretty standard practice, and am sure that it had been done with Jon Wayne in the past. He finally got a Mgr on the phone who said the policy change of not charging the service call had been in effect since YESTERDAY. It did not seem credible, I do not feel the tech was being honest with me or that he was particularly proficent in the area that he had been called to service.

Excellent. They are very professional. Did what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything.

They did the work they said they would do but...it was way expensive even with a "discount". The house inspector said I paid way too much and did not need all the "bringing it up to code" stuff that it would have passed inspection without all the add ons!

Techs stated freon leak and wrote me a legal pad length estimate for about 20 other things they noticed and would like to offer me services or upgrades for. Total cost over $5000. Techs came off as very matter of fact with no insight other than, we recommend you do the complete service or you can risk just checking off which ones you want us to do. Seemed completely commissioned based rather than service based.

The plumber got there right at the beginning of the window. He flushed my hot water heater. Checked water softener. Explained everything to me and again right when my husband got home. He told me what I could do but reassured me there was nothing I should do. He was very polite and professional.

They are very professional. You can request your technician. Only takes 30 to 60 minutes for service to be done. Always leaves area clean.

Technician Troy Stindt was dispatched and we were very glad because of the outstanding service he provided 2 weeks before this call. He quickly determined what the problem was and provided options for us to consider. We gave him the go-ahead to replace the pressure regulation system to avoid further problems.

When we discovered a water leak in the hose bib by the garage, we looked in our Angie's List Magazine to find a plumber. Jon Wayne Service Company was offering a $29 service call fee so we called them. They sent us technician Troy Stint who did an absolutely outstanding job for us. He was very attentive to each of the issues we wanted him to address and fixed them. We decided to buy the Plumbing Service plan which provides 20% off plumbing services and we were able to apply that discount to the work done on that day.

They were very prompt, very punctual. We had compared with some others before we went with them and the others had lower pricing but they didn't offer as much with it and so for the price we got excellent quality. I like their professionalism and that they give you all the information up front and they encourage questions and they gave us direct numbers to contact if there's any problems or issues.

Joshua did an excellent job in servicing our plumbing needs. He was extremely prompt, professional and thorough in the job he performed. We could tell by his working style that he took great pride and care in everything he did. Joshua was honest in his suggestions and gave us helpful hints on different items for the future. Gilbert did a professional job in servicing our water heater. He discussed options that we could consider in a detailed and easy to understand manner. Gilbert was very personable and thorough in reviewing our current and future needs. We would strongly recommend using Jon Wayne's services.

The technician arrived and took approximately one hour to "diagnose" the issues. He was prompt, courteous and very sincere. Unfortunately, he is either a con artist or absolutely incompetant. His "quote" indicated that "Wiring in garage is done unproper and is unsafe "No Grounding." His recommendation was "Replacing wiring or remaining wiring in garage (2) faulty GFCI". He indicated that the base price for what needed to be done was $1, 547.00 and that additional work was most likely necessary at a rate of $300 per hour for 2 technicians. I called another licensed electrician who came out to the house, diagnosed the issues and made the repairs - simply loose connections in a few locations. Total charge came to $125.00. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the GFCIs or wiring in the garage. (I paid him $75.00 extra for being honest) BEWARE: It would appear that this company may have employees who are incompetant OR that try to take advantage of consumers and overcharge for services and make unneeded "repairs" under the guise of making the home safe again. Very very disappointing.

I spent about $4200. This surge protector install took about 6 hours to complete and the workers were just fine. They left the area very clean.

What I have found is that I can consistency expect to have appointments postponed 3 times after waiting the entire day each time before any of these services are completed. Of course there are always several reasons for the postponement that entail "usually" someone else being in more need that I (including when my pipes broke and water spilled out continuously) or a job that took longer than expected. This happens within a scheduled window of time of 6 hours that leads to 8 hours before being rescheduled. I am almost convinced that since I don't get belligerent with them that I am tagged as a person that can be canceled above all others. Once my yearly membership expires I will not be renewing my membership with them and will be moving on to another company.

Service was great! They were very personal, professional and military vet friendly. Provided lower costs systems to meet the need of my specific heating & cooling needs.
