first tech worked on it four hrs. then ordered part but he got the system working to at least cool house. had to wiat over holiday weekend for part. tech came out and completed the repair.

Our HVAC went out this week. We called Jon Wayne Service Company. They came out promptly and told us it was not the HVAC but an electrical issue and they sent out one of their electricians. Their electrician told us we had to replace a breaker box and do additional work and gave us an estimate for the work for $16,685. We went ahead and got a second opinion. It turned out it was NOT an electrical issue, and even if we needed to do the alleged electrical work, the total cost would have been $200-$300, NOT $16,685. Another HVAC company came out and serviced the HVAC unit and got it working for $118.

Technician arrived on time for service. Performed thorough inspection and presented prioritized repair options fully priced out for my review. There was no pushy hard sell. The tech promptly scheduled repairs I selected. Those techs were also very courteous and were very efficient.

They were very good. It was a long day but they came and changed out 3 units all in one day.

Excellance the Hvac consultant came over showed up on time very honest with us,he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the scope of the work took his time to explain to us what needed to be done, went up in the attic to inspect the A/c ducts, we felted no pressure from him,this company has done work for before and they stand behind thier work and labor, and it's a company that you can trust,

Everything went very smoothly and the quality of the work was outstanding! All the technicians are well trained in their jobs. They were a little on the high side for cost but for what I got in return more than made up for it. Very professional and will definitely use again.

I was not pleased with Jon's. We've used them in the past and they were available.

I felt they took advantage of me on the price. Especially since I had already purchased the water heater and water softener on my own. Total price was 16k. Plus an additional 8k to upgrade the electrical panel. True, I was in a hurry to get the work done and did not have time to get estimates. I think in the long run, it cost me... big time.

I have my system checked every year. They want to sell you everything, they want to sell you everything on the truck. I really like the professionalism and the fact that they put shoe covers on and everything; and they explain everything they do. It seems like they want to sell you everything on the truck, you need this, you need this, you need this. I don’t want to buy a whole new unit because I had home energy audit done this year through the public service. They told me the cost/return ratio if I was to replace my units, it would take me 45 years to recoup the cost. So, I showed him that and the guy just kind of closed his mouth. He said, “you will see an immediately saving.” I said, “ the energy provider that I get my power from said that I won’t see an energy savings.

I ended up, getting a professional company. Just had holes in the ventilation tubing, service man just glued the hole shut.

They were awesome. They were very, very good. They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. They do plumbing, electrical and home automation. They're known for the air conditioning, but they have different departments.

Jon Wayne was extremely fast in responding to scheduling appointments and sending appropriate personnel to assess the needs and perform the work. I did have a couple of issues occur with 2 of the new outside lighting fixtures. They came out the same day that I found and reported the issues and quickly replaced the fixtures at no charge. I live out of town and finding good quality and reliable assistance has been a huge issue for me. I feel confident and secure with the work performed and will use them again when/if needed.

Their estimate was too high, way high. They are really expensive.

They were very professional. The quality of the work was great. They are a little on the expensive side though.

Has gone anywhere. AC is running non stop and smell muggy and doesn't cool right for having the most largest system..bigger is not always better Sales be person was not concern about what was right for my house but just himself and conning us into the most expensive unit Filing with the BBB also Thinking of calling news station too
