Shane and Glass Geeks are always prompt and professional. This is our 1st year to use them for our Christmas lights and they did great work!

The team hung exterior Christmas lights for our third straight year on two houses. I would rate them 12 out of 10. Very professional and customer service oriented. The best of the best.

We use Glass Geeks twice a year for window cleaning. Our windows are very difficult to reach, but they do a very nice job every time. We also participate in their Christmas light installation services; this is our second year. Will continue using their services.

We use Glass Geeks for their Christmas light installation services. Last year was our first year using them and they were absolutely fantastic. Shane answered all my questions extremely quickly and never kept me waiting. He helped me with all my ideas that I had and his team of installers executed those ideas flawlessly!!! They just came out today and installed our lights for this year and again it was just exceptional customer service and execution. My husband got home tonight and realized after looking at the install that we forgot to ask them to add some extra plugs like they did for us last year. So I shot a quick text over to Shane at 8:30pm and he responded immediately. He told us no problem and will be sending somebody back out the next chance they get to add the extra plugs for us. Let me just tell you not only do the lights look amazing but the customer service is impeccable!!!!!! We will be using them over and over and over again.

Glass Geeks cleaned all my windows, inside and out, which had not been cleaned in 3 years, and were very dirty. They were here longer than they expected but honored the quote they had given me. They are on time, dependable, and the customer service is great. We also use them to hang our xmas lights. We will definitely be using them again for both services. They are probably a little pricier than other companies but the quality of work is worth it.

This is the second time we have hired Glass Geeks. They are professional and even called with an arrival time, which was exactly on time. They did a good job. Because of Covid they cleaned only the outside portion of the windows.

Very efficient

I had only the outside of my windows cleaned. All of them were done to my satisfaction except 5 windows that are high up (I have 52 window panes). There were some streaks. When I notified the company they were at my house within an hour to fix it. Amazing customer service and response time. Very accommodating employees. Will definitely use again.
