I contacted Neenah with Bin There Dumped That and was impressed right from the start. She answered all the question and once I was sure which unit I wanted I paid. On Friday at 9 AM Jesse shows up with the unit. I was concerned if he was going to be able to put the unit where I wanted it because of an over hang. But that guy was awesome. Backed that truck right in and placed it just where I wanted it. He was quick. We then started emptying our mothers house of things that had collected for over 50 years. It took us three and half days but the size was just perfect and where it was placed by Jesse made it a very easy process. On Monday I called Needah to confirm a pickup time. About an hour before pickup Neenah called to tell me that Jesse was going to be a little late due to another job he was on. He would be at our location about an hour later than planned. It was very nice of her to let us know and we had another pot of coffee. Jesse showed on the dot and again this awesome driver backed in hooked up and covered the bin and was gone in 15 minutes. Very nice and very professional. This was a very pleasant process with Neenah and Bin There Dump That. Could not have asked for better service. I would use them in a heart beat again..

Neenah at "Bin There Dump That" has provided a quick and professional response to our request for a dumpster. We have an unusually small job site and she has been able to maneuver with great care and precision into our tight stop. We will continue to use Been There Dump that for all of our job sites.

I filled in the online form on the website and Neenah called me about 5 minutes later. She was one of the friendliest and most professional people I have ever dealt with. We scheduled for the drop off of 14 yard dumpster. Neenah called me the day the dumpster was to be dropped off to let me know that the 14 yard would not be available, so she upgraded me to the 20 yard at no additional cost. That worked out great for us because we ended up filling the whole thing up. I would definitely work with Neenah again and recommend her to anyone else looking for a dumpster services.

Neenah Marie, the owner, took my desperate late evening (7 PM) call requesting a 20-yard dumpster for the next day. She quickly put me at ease that she could meet my request. The next morning, she called several times, keeping me aware of her schedule and my delivery time. Neenah was very professional and reasonably priced. She exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend her!

We were not sure what size of bin to order and Neenah walked us through our project on how to select the perfect size bin. We filled the bin neatly and as instructed. It helped us maximize our space and utilization of the bin. Also, watch your subcontractors and filling your bins. We had to call back several to remove their items as they were not planned in the overall use of our bins and needed the space. Bin There Dump That was excellent to work with on timing for pickup and delivery. Plan ahead and they will work with your schedule.

I needed to have a dumpster delivered for a house clean out.Contacted them on a Saturday and they e-mailed me the contract. Had the dumpster delivered on Monday. They placed the dumpster exactly where I requested without me having to be there. I was pleased with the quality and condition of the dumpster. It looked almost brand new. The door opened and closed with ease. Had several switch outs over the course of about a month, They were very professional every time I spoke with them on the phone. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
