Actually it went relatively good. They did what I needed at a good price. They came out real fast. They weren't professional at all but they did the job.

That was awhile back. He was real quick and couldn't get out some stains and he didn't explain too much. It was a okay job. I don't know if I'd use him or not again. No additional charges. I had never used this company before it was the first time. I thought he was pretty fast about doing his job. He wanted to get out pretty quick. He did an okay job but I wouldn't say it was an excellent job at all. It was a chemical clean. I don't think it took very long to dry.

CJ and Ryan were extremely professional, easy to talk to, and very efficient. I will definitely request them specifically when i want to get my carpet cleaned again. I am also interested in other services feom alpha omega carpet care, such as cleaning out our ducts in our house.

It went great. They explained the process and did a outstanding job quickly and efficiently. They were on time at beginning of time frame so there was no waiting around. Will use them again!

He forgot about the bathroom off the hallway he was already cleaning. He didn't clean behind the toilets or near the walls. I even released the wheels on a rolling table in the laundry room yet there was lots cat food and litter under the table and along the walls. I pointed out the missed bathroom and mess in the laundry room. He unpacked his hoses again and attended to those rooms. Vacuuming or at least sweeping should be done before they steam the tile. I was not impressed. Clearly they were getting in the door to sell upgrades.

I purchased a Groupon for an entire house carpet cleaning for $89. They were able to set up an appointment right away. They were very punctual and professional. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done. The Groupon was an excellent value. I would recommend this company.

Terrible-carpet looked worse after they were done. Showed up 3 hours after they said they would be there to fix it , then said it would be an additional charge. I had to have another company come out and fix the mess they made. They would not give me a refund.

Could of had better customer serviced with completing requested services.

I think it went well. I had to pay extra for stairs, which I'd arranged beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. I also paid extra to two closets. They were able to get all the stains out except for an ink cartridge stain. The servicer was very polite, informative, and helpful. My only complaint is that I'd asked about carpet stretching before buying the offer. However, when the provider arrived, he said he couldn't do power stretching. That was a big disappointment -- especially since I bought the offer based in large part on my belief they could do what I asked.

He used an emulsifier treatment and scented-pet neutralizer On the surface, it seems like hiring ANY carpet cleaner will do to make the carpet "appear" cleaned. However, later (after carpet was dried) I found there were still some pet stains which were not removed. I was able to remove the pet stains with a rented carpet cleaner and doing it myself. It seems "Alpha Omega" or any other carpet cleaner is interested only in "appearing" to clean the carpet. Psychologically it makes the home owner belief the carpet is clean. In my case, or anybody's else's case, the carpet will be cleaner. But to get the tougher stains out it needed more attention. I did let the carpet cleaner know about the pet stains (before he started) and he told me it would be an additional cost, which I accepted. I don't want to discredit any carpet cleaner but to get the carpet as clean as it can be, I have to do it myself. And no, I am not a clean freak (aka, OCD).

They were on time and did a good job.

Nothing really stood out. They came and got the carpets cleaned. They did an okay job, not spectacular.

They basically got my carpets wet. There were crumbs on the carpet and it was basically better with just the vacuum cleaner.

I had received an email confirmation of my appointment that had been scheduled by them. They were the ones that set this time up so it was more convenient for them. I waited for about 45 minutes after my scheduled time before I called them. I got a recording, so I called the cell number, and was told they didn't have me on the schedule. They came out later that day, but my carpet was SO wet for 36 hours afterwards.

It went well. All I wanted was straight cleaning, not special spotting.

He was very professional and efficient.

Alpha Omega came is did a fabulous job on our rental house. The moving company messed up the carpet pretty bad. AO came in within 24 hours and fixed the issue. Will be using them again for the new house.

Saw offer on Groupon for this company but my needs did not really meet that offer so I called Rick mid May to discuss. He agreed to do my job and gave me a quote of $69. We scheduled tenative date for June 9th (my choice). I called him that morning to make sure I was still on the list. Yes. between 2-4pm. Andrew called me about 1pm advising that the job before mine was mushrooming and that he would be a while. No problem. At 4 he called again just finishing up could be at my place about 5pm. I gave him the option of coming the next morning if he wanted. He agreed. Called me the next morning. Andrew and Jason arrived right on time, surveyed my job and got right to work. They went above and beyond in my opinion. They moved my big heavy bed to clean under it then moved it back. They took extra care to be sure water did not stand on my cork flooring. Everything neat and clean when they got ready to go. They did a terrific job. I especially appreciate that they kept me apprised of time delay so I was not just sitting around waiting for them.. I could not have been happier with the job they did and will certainly call this company back when I need them again.
