Description of Work: I purchased the coupon to have 4 recessed lights installed that was offered on Angieslist. Since I had purchased a separate coupon a year ago for other services the owner refused to honor the coupon stating that it was an "open ticket". No where does it state that the coupon is only good once in a lifetime. He was very rude and short with me on the phone and really didn't care that I was frustrated. I will never use AllGood Electric again and I will be sure to guide any of my friends seeking electrical work away from this company due to his poor attitude and lack of caring for the customer.

Description of Work: I had an electrical inspection item that needed to be checked out and fixed if required. They determined that it was not an issue and put it in writing.

Description of Work: The Eletrician and his apprentice arrived on time. Before taking out the old eletrical panel Ronnie showed me the damged wires and how burned up they were. it was just a matter of time before there was an eletrical fire. Thank goodness for the Angie's list deal. They cleaned up all there area before leaving.

Description of Work: This was a "good deal" service call to check out the electric installation of the house. Although the technician pointed out improvements needed to upgrade some features of the installation he did not check the electrical outlets which I had understood was part of the package. Also he could not identify the cause of an electric problem I pointed out to him. It was OK for the price but I was disappointed by what I say as a somewhat superficial check.

Description of Work: They did much more than expected. Checked out a few problems and installed lights that come on at dusk and turn off when light. They had to drill through brick and run more wire cause it was not a place that had pre existing wire! Awesome service and would DEFINITELY use them again!

Description of Work: Purchased deal to have electrical work in my master bathroom done, Allgood's estimate was over 2x what it cost to have the work accomplished by another of your contractors. I did have a GFI receptacle replaced and when I questioned the price of this job Troy Allgood agreed to refund my $99.00.

Description of Work: With the $200.00 discount it would have cost $200.00+ to hang a ceiling fan on an 8' ceiling. No wiring to pull simply hanging a replacement fan. The company, I'm sure, is very good but their pricing is over the top. I hung the fan and will be asking for a refund of my $99.00.

Description of Work: As info, this purchase went unfulfilled after phoning in for an electrical repair request and not receiving a return reply, we were obliged to complete the repair elsewhere. We liked the value in the offer and the reputation of the firm. Likely it was just an oversight but for the record the call was not fulfilled. Would like to try again at some point should the need arise, but required services have been performed already. Approximate date in Q4 of 2011. I don't believe in giving an Overall Experience rating based on one criteria so the only thing we can go on is Responsiveness, which did not meet standards. Overall will be rated C having no option for "incomplete" and N/A not being an option either.
