It went well.

We received a very high SAWS bill. Came out within the hour to completely check system. Explained everything thoroughly. Very quick to respond; very knowledgeable. I have used this company for a long time and been very pleased with responsiveness and quality of the work. Not sure of the cost yet, but they are very fair -- charge by the hour; it took him 1 1/2 hours, as we have a large system.

This is a good company, they came out next day and did professional work.

I had them out to replace 2 valves in my sprinkler system. They actually arrived a day early, but I work from home so I'm ok with that. They arrived at the exact time given though. The technician was here about 1.5 hours, maybe a little less. Parts and labor was right around $200. They were a little more expensive than the independent guys here but that's to be expected. They seemed to be less than most other companies around. I was happy with their service and have them coming out to replace another valve this week.

The work was completed in a timely manner and was complete successfully.

Overall, the job went extremely well. The technician was on time for the appointment, did the work in a timely and efficient manner.

Had a busted line that I needed someone to come out immediately to repair(having concrete poured near the area the next day). They came within 1 hour (in the rain, on a Saturday) and fixed the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this organization.

They were prompt. They came out the next day after I called them. He was thorough in making sure exactly what the problem was. He told me what it would cost to fix the problem, and he then repaired it.

We thought we had a leak in our sprinkler system. Alamo came out to repair the leak. The leak ended up being in our water pipes for the house. Johnny from Alamo dug up the area, determined the problem, and told me what I need to tell the plumber. I then had him run a check on the sprinkler system. He walked me through what he was doing. He found 3 breaks and several clogged heads. He worked quickly and was very informative.

My water bill was growing due to a bad valve which caused one of my zones to come on each time another zone was activated. It even ran when I turned off that particular zone. I also had misdirected nozzles and sprinkler heads in other areas of my yard resulting in many thirsty patches of landscaping. Alamo Irrigation responded quickly to my call, arrived on time, handily diagnosed the bad valve, then worked fast and efficiently to solve all the other sprinkler system issues. I had good equipment to start with. It just had been installed by a novice (another company). I had put off the repairs, concerned about the cost. I finally called Alamo Irrigation to resolve the issues because I knew it to be a fine company. Alamo Irrigation had installed and maintained an irrigation system at my previous home and always had come through with prompt, quality repairs and reasonable prices. Very friendly and eager to please. In my years of experience with Alamo Irrigation, customer satisfaction has remained a priority. My sprinkler system now works like it should, saving me money and the aquifer water!

They were punctual, friendly, courteous, have reasonable prices, and did an extremely good job. I will definitely use them again. I have referred them to other people.

They were just tops all the way.
