Luis and his staff were very thorough and informative with the different options for our kitchen. They removed a wall and added an island that completely transformed our space. The granite countertops where are the exact color we wanted. The new kitchen faucet, sink and lighting made our space feel like Our very own getaway space. Luis was very dependable and communicated with us very well every step of the way.

This was our first time remodeling our restrooms so I was filled with questions and concerns. The contractor was very informative and patient with me. He explained what was being done and why step by step. Our shower and tub turned out even better than expected. Im so happy I chose to use Angie's list to help find a reliable contractor. We will definitely be using advanced reconstruction for future home projects.

The workers were friendly, courteous, and talented. Felt safe with them being in my home. It did take longer than expected but my wife probably contributed to that. The owner was very patient with my wife... Appreciated.

Luis was great to work with. We selected and bought most of our own materials before hiring him (another contractor fell through at the last minute), and he was willing to use what we had instead of making us purchase through him like other bathroom contractors. It was a complete bathroom gut and redo, and took just a week. New bathtub, tile surround, tile floors, painting, new vanity, toilet...everything. His guys were here each day, and usually on time. We're very satisfied with the quality of work. The only issues we had were that some sub-contractors weren't clear about the scope of their jobs, but Luis was always available to clear up any confusion. We'll definitely use Serenity for future projects.
