Clear and Pure Water

George from Clear and Pure Water called me promptly to come take a look at my old system same day. The next day he came with a new system installed it in a couple of hours. He s the nicest most honest person I have dealt with in some time. I so appreciate his honesty and integrity. He is a military veteran with high standards , as a military widow I appreciate that. I highly recommend George . A breath of fresh air to know good people are still in this world we all share.

George from Clean and Pure Water was fantastic. I was contacted by him from my request on Home Advisor and he contacted me right away and was extremely helpful. He helped me determine the exact system I wanted and needed for our new home and gave a very competitive price at that. George and his son met with me at the home and completed the install and were very nice people and a pleasure to meet. Believer in God and a Veteran and really a kind person. We've had the system now for about 7 months and it has been great. I highly recommend George at Clear and Pure Water.

George and his son came all the way from Copperas Cove to install my water softener and even came back the next day to replace a hose that started leaking. Great folks to work with.

George Parks, the owner, responded to my request promptly on a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. Following our conversation, we set up installation for the next dayâ Memorial Day! This was best for Georgeâ s schedule. He arrived on time, removed the old water softening system, installed the new unit in about an hour. He went over the unit specs in detail, maintenance needs, programming the Clack valve, and warranties. This is an amazing company led by a US veteran with a customer focused work ethic! He outshines his competition in the Austin area. Best part: his prices are half of what local vendors charge. Hands down, this was one of the best service experiences Iâ ve enjoyed in the last decade!

These folks were prompt and did the job last minute for me.

We called to have a water softener and whole house filtration system installed. George was very knowledgable and recommended/installed a water softener that has a carbon filter included in the resin tank. I would highly recommend them because they answered all my questions and concerns.

Very Friendly and very efficient. Even though they had a set back getting my unit in they worked late and had my unit hooked up the day they said they would.

The owner, George Parks came out immediately. He could have diagnosed all kinds of problems, solutions, etc. as we were not familiar with this water softener at all. NOPE! George tested our water, pronounced our water softener doing exactly as it was suppose to do. Gave us instructions on quantity of salt, assurred us that salt was fine to use instead of the expensive potassium choloride we had used in the past. Was a gentleman, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Will recommend him to everyone! Thank you George!

Came out on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and assisted in purchasing a replacement, installing the new water softener and hauling away the old one.

Outstanding and quick. Was contacted by George & after I told him I could not remove the cartridge he requested a picture of my 2 stage water filtration system. He said he would remove and replace with new filters. Upon arrival the problem was corrected and solved. Thank you George. Highly recommended.
