Clear and Pure Water

Mr. George from Clear and Pure was the first to respond to my inquiry. He was very personable and helpful. His son came out the very next day and installed my unit. I would definitely recommend.

They were over 2.5 hours late to my appointment. Not only that, but I had to contact to find out why they were late. They arrived and installed the water softener system quickly. They had the audacity to charge me full price after making miss most of my day waiting for them. Once again, work quality is good but customer service and value for money is sub par at best.

George and his son were great. George was straight forward and made my experience pleasant and stress free. I wish I had purchased my first water softener from them.

He his years of knowledge he knows what heâ s selling his product is worthy to buy. His son and his helper came out installed the water treatment product. Didnâ t waste any time they knew what exactly to do. very knowledgeable, very courteous his helper is very knowledgeable well mannered. They instructed you on how to work the product. Gave us all the instructions give us a manual book. We were blessed by these two gentlemen that came out and installed our water treatment product and you will too. I had a great experience working with Clear and Pure Water. It took a little while to sync with George and have him come out to provide a quote, but once he arrived, things went well. His guys came out and did a awesome job. We are happy with the unit that they installed and are enjoying our much softer water.

George came out and gave me bid on installing a RO System. He was very nice and professional. His son came to do the install and was very nice and knew what to do. The work was done one one day and he brought to my attention that there were water issues with my lines that were City problem. That problem I would have not known about if he would not have told me. I am glad I used Clear and Pure Water as they went thru ever step of the process on what they were doing. My water is great to drink now. Using a Company that has been in business for awhile that takes care to do things right is great. I would highly recommend George Parks at Clear and Pure Water for any House Water System.
