Clear and Pure Water

George is very knowledgeable in his field. He did not waste time, and was able to understand the issue while offering suggestions over the phone. He is a fair and honest man who cares about his customers. I definitely recommend George.

George, was exceptional. He has this vibrant happy personality. He took the time to thoroughly explain things to me which is wonderful. I didn't have to ask many questions as I would normally do because I really do want to know . Honest individual and did not try to upsell me anything or tell me I really should replace X. Tested my water to ensure my system was running properly and informed me of some tweaks that either I could do or he could. A plus for me was that he is retired military. He explained other items during conversation that just made everything click for me. I highly recommend using Clear and Pure Water. You will not be disappointed. This company is now my go to for any future needs

George and Son did a great job. Nice job on installation and did a good job of explaining how the system worked. Might be cheaper systems out there, but you won't get better value.

George was able to hook up a third party softener and filter for me that he never had experience with. I'm happy with final product and the quality of the water and the setup.

He gave us a lesson on how to use our water softener, which we really appreciated. And, while he told us about purchasing another softener - he assured us that ours would keep going for several more years. It was such a relief to find someone trustworthy.

For a few weeks, I had been looking for someone to come out to simply install my water softener purchased online. I had several people come by, but all they were interested in was selling their own system for $4,000+. And, to deter you from using your own unit, they each wanted to charge me roughly $700 to install. $700!!! Enter George. George is top notch. He was quick to call and set up the appointment--and he was at my house the very next day. And he arrived within the window specified. The cost of install was hundreds less than the other guys and he explained everything as he was doing it. George is very knowledgeable and friendly. Top marks all around!

They are long time residents of the Round Rock/Georgetown area and know how to treat the water in these and other areas. Big plus!

They did a fast job of installing the water softener. Had a bit of a hiccup where they came one day to install but couldn't do it and had to do it the next day. The hours were reasonable and they even offered to come after work hours.

Knowledgeable and helpful

George seems like a really nice guy. Very responsive and came out on a Sunday afternoon. Did install ASAP, 2 days as we had family coming for a visit. Water softener is no-name brand and is working great. Price seemed a little high for that "brand" but water never better! Highly recommend.

George and his buddy Joe were both very personable and provided some comic relief to what turned out to be a frustrating situation regarding some stubborn pipe fittings. He was very prompt in reaching out to me to schedule an appointment as well as the turnaround time for the job. He's a genuinely honest guy that cares about customer service. I simply needed an old water softener removed and he did it without trying to upsell me (unlike his competitors). I highly recommend him.
