Elite Electric NTX

Joe was polite and efficient. When we discussed replacing the three 25 year old outdoor lights, he told me about the new lights that stay on all the time (when dark outside) at half watts, then brighten when the motion detector is triggered. It is so wonderful to come home knowing that a light will be on and for the patio to be a well lit area. I will have him back in a few months to lighten up some other dark areas outside. As Joe worked I added some to the job and he went to the store for additional materials without charging any extra. Best electrician experience that we have had. Good job, Joe!!!

Very well. Electricians were on time, very professional, and answered/explained all findings of problem outlets in kitchen. Previous electricians did not find burned out wires in only electric outlet in garage. All outlets in home were tested. Very thorough work done in an efficient manner. Will most certainly call this company again! All work explained & questions answered.

There were no unexpected issues with Elite Electric NTX. I just felt like they were pushing me to buy things that I didn't really need, replacing things that weren't broken and stuff like that. If a family member or a neighbor is considering working with the provider, I would just tell them that I felt like they were trying to sell us more than what we actually need.

Most of the job was completed in one day. The flood lights did not work after installation, so Jonathan returned the next day with a different type and they worked perfectly. Also, Jonathan had to re-grout the areas for the replacement exterior outlets, so that took a couple of days to dry. Jonathan was very prompt to return and finish the installation. All in all, I was very pleased with his service.

These guys were FANTASTIC. They identified that my mounting bracket was going to need ALOT of additional support due to the size and weight of the new light fixture. They quoted me the extra cost over the Groupon I purchased. Totally reasonable. They went and got the extra parts needed and my new light fixture was up in less than an hour. I love and will definitely have them back to tweak some electrical items around the house

Jonathan came for a free quote on the installation of a tankless water heater. He gave me a price and we agreed on the date and time. He came on the dot and started working on the breakers. They added 2 more breakers to accommodate the power load of the new water heater. There were no surprise additional charge and they finished the job in less than 4 hours. Cleaned and checked that the system is working before leaving.

Will use this company again, if needed.

Jonathan was right on time when he said he would be here. Gave a an estimate for the work that was very reasonable and we gave him the go ahead. He determined that the place where the ceiling fan was to go needed a different electrical box to hold the wait of the fan. He installed that and move the light very quickly. Was very polite and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for electrical work to be completed.

Jonathan was a few minutes late but got right to work, quickly installing and testing a new GFCI in the kitchen where needed. The other two items were investigated but could not be resolved without turning them into much larger projects. I would use Elite again in the future.

JONATHAN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND I SHOWED HIM THE PROJECTS: REPLACE BATHROOM VENT, BATHROOM VANITY LIGHTS AND INSTALL AN OVERHEAD LIGHT OVER MY COMPUTER DESK! HE WAS FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT! SINCE THE 2 HOUR ANGIE'S LIST EXPIRED AFTER THE FIRST TWO PROJECTS, HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO OFFER THE SAME PRICE TO THE COMPLETE THE LAST PROJECT! I WAS SO HAPPY I MET JONATHAN AND DEFINITELY PLAN TO USE HIM FOR MY FUTURE ELECTRICAL PROJECTS! HE''S THE BEST!!!

Jonathan found 2 GFCI problems and replaced those. He recommended adding a panel surge protector and replacing all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, which we did (we had 5 new smoke alarms on hand; other materials he went to purchase). He did a nice job and explained what he was doing and how things worked. He was pleasant and professional. BD $69 plus $562.48.

Jonathan is the master electrician and owner of Elite Electric. He was prompt, professional, and very competent and went above and beyond what was expected. There were no add-on costs and there was no sense that he was "watching the clock" but rather that he was focused entirely on dealing with my electrical issues. I was very pleased with the work. Jonathan suggested a fix to the on-going GFI outlet problem that makes sense and should avoid my having future replacements of that outlet. In reviewing the whole house surge protector, he told me it should have been installed on a separate breaker switch within the electrical box...he made the change. Additionally, in checking the smoke detectors, he found one that was not hooked up and the 10 year battery was dead. He installed a new detector and backup battery. He also checked all remaining GFI circuits to make sure they were operating properly. Finally, I was pleased with his work and diligence and asked him to give me a bid to install a new outdoor outlet that could be used for a fountain with an electric motor. He gave me a written bid.
