Jonathan Dehoyos arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed the electrical issue we were having with our pool pump. He thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done.

I usually try and go with bigger name companies for this type of thing, you never know how small businesses will be when it comes to this type of work. I was very pleased. Mr Dehoyes was very punctual, got there right when he said he would, was friendly, and thoroughly explained what was wrong, what my options were, I ended up doing an entire service panel upgrade, the amount of work was done in a reasonable amount of time, half an afternoon, I have had zero problems since. I would definitely recommend Elite Electric to anyone with ANY electric problems! you will NOT regret it.

Jonathan from Elite Electric was very professional and competent. He is a master electrician. He quickly figured out what needed to be done to complete the repairs. He had all the necessary electrical wire, tools, and supplies in his vehicle. He left the work area clean by removing bits of wire, packaging, etc. The cost of the completed job was consistent with the estimate. Well done and I have confidence in his work and would recommend his company to others.

Friday the 13th, wow! What a scary experience, or so I thought. When I called Elite NTX and he arrived a short time later, dressed GQ and with all the tools and supplies needed, I knew I was in for a treat. Jon ran some lines to our PLC and was very prompt, swift, and knowledgable of what he was doing. I would highly recommend using Elite for any service, whether it be home or business! What an awesome experience!

First, Elite NTX showed up as scheduled at 0900 and worked feverishly throughout the course of the day with very few time for breaks. Secondly, after all of the work was completed, NTX cleaned up after the work and left it like work was never done. My wife and I are very pleased with this company and will call again when we have more work for Elite NTX. Extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of elite NTX.
