Description of Work: Install eight steel piers under my foundation! They did it in one day and cleaned up the area!!!

Description of Work: They recommended a few more piers than we actually decided on (which we probably should have done then) and I had to double check on an area that our engineer had suggested we repair. The man that came out and did the floor tests was very conscientious. He double checked his readings several times before he left. It is a very good thing that Granite makes you have a plumbing test after your service has been provided. We had a giant sewer leak and the plumbing company that they suggested was very prompt and fair in price.

The job was Completed on time and clean up was thorough and complete I was very satisfied with all aspects of the job. I would recommend them to all . Jim

Description of Work: Monty Collins came to our home to estimate cost of repairing a foundation problem. Very professional. Took many measurements, told us what the job would cost and about unintended consequences, e.g. possible breaking of water line. The problem is a fire place that is apparently sinking an inch to inch and a half. The repair would have to be done inside the house and he warned us of additional cost to repair a wood floor after the foundation work had been done. He suggested that we wait, stop watering on one side of the house and keep an eye on an interior crack to see if the soil drying on the outside did not cause the slab to go down alleviating the problem - clearly a low cost solution. If we did elect to repair the problem per Monty's plan the cost seemed very reasonable. Bottom line, very happy with my experience. Would likely choose his company if we decide to do the repair at some point in the future.
