Torres Plumbing came in on time to replace 2 hot water heaters that morning. And by noon, they were done. The value of their work was well worth their reasonable rate. I would go back to them for new/additional plumbing work when needed in the future.

My 20-year old water heater started making noise and my wife complained that the water in the kitchen sink never got hot. I decided to replace the water heater, and I went to Home Advisors for a recommendation for someone to do the work. They recommended Mr. Torres. He quoted me a reasonable price, he came to may house as promised and his installation was very quick and very professional. He is also a very friendly person. I would certainly recommend Mr. Torres for any water heater installation. I was very impressed.

Would definitely hire them again. I am a realtor and even with all my contacts, It's hard to find "good help" at a reasonable price. I would recommend based on my experience with Torres Plumbing. Just fyi, I didn't inform him that I was a realtor until after he completed the job. I wanted to see how he will treat me ( price, service ) without knowing that. Water heater went belly up on a Sunday. Called Torres Plumbing on Monday morning. He came out that afternoon and replaced it.

Miguel Torrez and team were quick and responsive. Sent him a picture of our existing HWH. He confirmed our preferences in a new one, and arrived a few hours later with a new one to install. Two gents were in and out within two hours. They answered our questions, and were quite polite. We believe Austin plumbing costs, overall, increased as the need for plumbing repairs increased after the Feb 2021 Snowmageddon. Costs were in line with others advertised and online. Miguel's son showed up 45 minutes prior to the appointment time, and they had the new water heater installed and working within 2 hours. I agree with all the other reviews, and would highly recommend.

Miguel Torres was able to make an appointment with us within twenty-four hours and was able to show up slightly early to install a new gas water heater for us. Very professional demeanor and went right to work. He even went up on the roof to insure that the vent was secured properly. Along with his son the installation with all new hoses, pipes, and drain pan were completed in two hours. They also took away the old leaky water heater. I will definitely use Torres Plumbing if needed in the future and so should you.
