Miguel was very responsive to questions and concerns during installation, even though he went on a planned vacation while my work was being done. (His son covered for him.) 4 stars for quality because the woodwork around my water heater closet was quite banged up during the removal/install process, requiring repair and repainting (by me). To be fair, it was a tight space to fit a 40 gallon water heater into.
