I dealt with the owner, Miguel Torres. Very polite and very knowledgeable. Worked very hard upon arrival and offered tips when installing the new water heater and explained how to process the warranty with Rheem. I would highly recommend Torres Plumbing primarily because of the honesty that was delivered along with a fair price for the services.

Miguel was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and set a fair price. Most importantly he was able to get the job done quickly! Miguel was truly a godsend. I am grateful.

They were willing to replace the water heater on the same day service. When I was looking for a quick consultation and discussed on rates, I could see that they were being fair and so willing to help when they were closing the office. I called around 5 PM, I knew it was getting late but couldnâ t wait for the next day. Miguel, and his crew came through and finished everything right before 8 PM. They were fast and reliable. The HUGE plus on this wonderful service was that they came asap when their office was closed. Their timing on answering my calls/texts was quick and showing up right away is an excellent experience for me. I would definitely contact Miguel again!

Miguel, the owner, did an exceptional job of replacing a water heater in a confined attic space. The attic access was through pull-down stairs, which had to be removed due to the width of the new water heater. After completion of the installation, Miguel coordinated the necessary carpentry work to ensure the pull-down stairs were reinstalled properly. His work was timely and pricing very reasonable. I would hire him again in the future without hesitation.

Mr Torres was friendly, and on time. He called after hours and helped on a weekend after our water heater blew. Would hire for future plumbing needs.

Arrived to do the work at the time I was told they would arrive. Very important to me. No messing around and did such an awesome job.

Torres Plumbing had replaced a hot water heater for me and I was real pleased with their work so I called them about replacing a kitchen faucet and Miguel himself came. The faucet had been in the house for so long that removing it turned into a real nightmare of a problem but Miguel got it done and cleaned up behind himself leaving me with a new faucet with no sign of any work having done. His price was reasonable and his work superior. The next time I need a plumber I'll definitely be calling Miguel.

Called for a bid on replacing a hot water heater they gave me a bid in line with the lower bids I received and said that ifs I needed it today that they would make it happen. The others said at least a two day wait. I called them back and asked them to do it and they came out and removed the old unit and replaced it with a new Rheem hot water heater. The final price was as quoted and the work professionally done. Can't ask for better than that.

Miguel was very knowledgeable about water heaters . Before I hired Miguel I had spoken to 3 other companies. Looked at their reviews and was impressed with Miguelâ s reviews. The other companies had said â it may be 2-3 days before we can come and look atâ . Miguel, on the other hand came and looked at it and started to work. He knew what he was doing and his employees were the same. They never quit working and never took a break. Itâ s very uncommon to find help with that code of work ethic.
