They came out in the snowstorm to replace our water heater

My hero during the great Texas freeze. This is seriously one of the most dedicated teams I have seen. They worked so hard (and well into the evening) to restore my water from a busted pipe that was gushing into my kitchen. My dark tile floors were filthy from two days of workers and me - when I came back it looked like our cleaning people had been there! Bonus! Can''t say enough about them - Miguel is so kind, compassionate and hard working - my new plumber for life.

I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

Friendly and efficient. He came out in the middle of the great Texas Freeze picked up a hot water heater at Hime Depot and insulated it. Only draw back was he needed help to remove the old heater. It was heavy and a helper would have made the job easier on myself and my neighbor (both over 65).

Friendly very good service. My project was to replace a leaky water heater with a new one. Is a small operator hence has its own advantage like is easy to request additional work but some times may have to wait a little bit. However punctual to a set time and finishes work on time. Believe the price is in par with others, had quote from one other larger establishment. Recommend using their services.

Our water heater quit working on a Sunday. I contacted our home warranty company and by the following Friday, we were still without a hot water heater. Our water heater went out on a Sunday, and when I submitted a request through HomeAdvisor, Miguel called me back immediately, and set up an appointment for a Monday installation. Other companies wanted to set up an appointment to give me an estimate, and Miguel did it over the phone. He and his son not only installed a new water heater, they brought my house up to code. Very friendly, excellent workmanship, superb service. I am glad to finally have someone to call for my plumbing needs. I have recommended him twice to friends already, and will continue to do so.

Our water heater was 26 years old (how does that even happen??) with old piping that was out of code - original to the house. Miguel came and took a look and gave us a quote. We spoke with two other plumbers who offered a much higher starting quote - and that was without considering the updates that would be needed. We let Miguel know we were ready to move forward and he was able to come at a date and time that worked for us - the removal, plumbing updates, and installation were done quickly and efficiently. New water heater looks great and works great too! Would highly recommend.

They did a great job overall. Initially, they actually recommended alternatives that may be a lower cost for me. When I went ahead with the installation and even changed some of the old connectors around it to make sure the new heater was in good shape.

Was easy to work with.

Mr. Torres was professional, polite, and carefully explained everything he would do. After installation of water heater and pressure reduction valve, he made sure to have us check inside pressure from sink faucets and showers, to make sure we were satisfied with the set pressure.

Easy to work with, very professional, does excellent work, and always responds to txt and calls. Mr. Torres will be the 1st person I call the next time I need any plumbing work.

Will be my plumber for any future needs.
