Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Second time I have used this Vendor.

Have used other services in the past and Patrick has been superior to all of the other competition. I have been using Patrick for over 2 years now and will not go to any other competitor for reasons of quality workmanship. I highly recommend his services.

pretty much same as above. The carpet cleaning was done effeciently. He started with spot treating the pet stains with an enzyme -based product. Then he proceeded to to clean using a steam cleaning process. He followed my instructions regarding what I wanted cleaned, furniture to move (small stuff), and spot treating pet stains. I like this guy very much. We talked a bit and he told me he used to work for Stanley Steamer where he learned the trade, before starting his own business. I like his attention to detail and his concern for the environment. Check list for this company: 1. Go over exactly what you want done so he can give you a proper estimate including pre-treating stains, and adding in for stairs. 2. Get a final quote 3. Let him do his job 4. Inspect and approve (or not) You'll be happy, I promise.

Patrick showed up exactly on time. He did a very thorough job on my carpet. There was one small stain that he could not remove, but I believe he tried very hard to get the area clean. My mother-in-law has since used Patrick for her home and she was very happy with his price and service also.

Patrick Ward, the owner, did a wonderful job reviving our very old carpeting. But what's even more impressive is how he handled a scheduling problem caused by myself. When I called for the appointment, I made a mistake about the date. When no one arrived on that date, I called. He was kind enough to call me while at a training workshop. After hurrying to his office on a break to recheck the schedule, I learned that it was my error. I was desperate to have the carpet cleaned that day so it would be dry for visiting relatives the next evening. Patrick even tried to get out of the workshop in the afternoon, but that was not possible. He went out of his way to solve my problem: the next day was fully booked, but he took his son to school earlier than usual so he could clean my carpeting before his other customers! Because he cleaned it so early, the carpeting was dry for my evening visitors. This is the kind of small business that deserves an A+ and many, many repeat customers, as I will be.

I'm a busy medical professional and usually don't take the time to write reviews for Angie's list. But, the service that Patrick - the sole owner and operator of Green Carpet Care - was so superb that I feel I really need to speak out here. On arrival, Patrick was a courteous, conscientious, professional, & knowledgeable. He had me show him the carpet throughout the house, assessed each area, explained what he was going to do & how, and told me the limits of what he was able to do. We worked out the price ahead of time and he stuck to it. The work, itself, was competent, quick & efficent, and effective. The results were superb; much better than expected - as he was able to remove stains that several larger cleaning companies had been unable to remove. Before his visit, I had thought that I would need to replace my downstairs carpet, but not now. Fantastic job! I will *definitely* seek out his carpet cleaning services in the future! Dr. Richard J. Very responsive on email and understanding when I had to reschedule due to neighborhood road resurfacing. Arrived on time, efficient and careful with furniture and belongings.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job. I would recommend them.

Service provider was punctual, effective and informative. He was able to assess what I needed, provide me with information about the non-toxic, food grade product that he was applying, and invited me mid-way through the treatment to assess the results. I will definitely use Green Clean again.

He arrived on time and it took him about 90min to finish up. You do need to have an outdoor faucet so you might not be able to hire him if you live in an appartment complex. Overall happy with the results and even more happy with the price. I will definitely hire him again for spring cleaning.

The job was done on time and quickly. The carpet stayed clean for several months.

Needed carpet cleaned & repaired in preparation of selling home. Patrick arrived as scheduled and we talked about some of the trouble spots on my carpet caused by kids and pets. I wasn't confident going in that he'd be able to rescue this carpet, but he quickly proved me wrong. Not only was he able to remove the stains, he was able to remove the dirt in the heavy traffic areas and even the smell from the pets. Since I didn't have carpeting in the hallway, he cleaned the carpeting that ran into the bathroom off of the master bedroom and the closets at no extra charge. He even did some minor repair to the carpet at no extra charge! With our house going on the market next week, his work has added value to our home without having to install new carpeting. I plan on using him again when we move to our new home!

I purchased the service as one of Angie's list's big deals. It was $69 for 3 rooms. Not only was there no attempt to upsell me on additional services, but Patrick cleaned my long hallway . Patrick came within a week of me calling to schedule and showed up about 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled time (I had previously told him that I was home and that he could come as soon as he was ready). Patrick does the work himself, and he is friendly, professional, and polite. He worked quickly and cleanly and left no mess behind - just beautiful, clean carpets. There was no chemical odor. In fact, really no odor at all except for a fresh clean smell. I will use Patrick again and highly recommend.

Patrick arrived promptly at 10:00 after having called earlier in the morning to make sure the time was still acceptable to me. He then proceeded to explain the cleaning procedures and products his company endorses and uses. He went straight to work, and made sure everything was okay, including any clean up, before he finished. I have no complaints at all with the service he provided.

The technician/owner was helpful in giving me a quote for the additional rooms over the phone. He arrived at the time we'd agreed on and worked very efficiently. I appreciated the care he took to keep bugs out of the house as much as possible (the front door needed to remain somewhat open for the hose to come in). He was very pleasant and polite and did not try to "pad" the price for the extra rooms at all. Most importantly, he got stains out that several previous cleaners had said wouldn't come up! We were very impressed! I have no complaints; the only things that didn't go as expected was that the carpet took a lot longer to dry than he's predicted. I heartily recommend Green Clean carpet care!

Green Clean more than met my expectations. He campe promptly as promised and got right on the job. He cleaned the toughest stains in a very soiled bedroom that I had lost hope of ever coming clean (and smelling good, too!). I will definitely have them out again...really appreciated the friendly professionalism.
