Patrick was wonderful. I had two cleaning services and the reason I had two was because the first one was pitiful. Both of them had to do with Austin and being green. I asked Patrick to put me on his email list and he's great. I am going to continue using him. He actually did a couple of other little things that didn't take him anytime and asked if it was all right to do at no charge, so I was happy to say yes. We discussed a couple of things as far as what he did related to the "Big Deal" and he was honest with me. He told me that he wasn't going to be able to do much about some pet stains from the previous owner. I always ask because if you tell me you can do it I know we're not going to work out. He actually looked at it and said that he was sorry because the stains were there from too long ago and if he told me he could do it he would be lying, so that was the first right thing he did. I have a few antiques sitting around and he did not knock them over. He was careful of my furniture and the furnishings because I have some glass lamps and they were on the tables where he was working. When we talked he didn't give a sales spiel. He listened to what I was talking about and picked up on a couple of things that were in his repertoire. He was helpful and wasn't just in there for himself. He was there for the customer, but that's a sales pitch in itself. He's doing it in a good way. He said that he wasn't just here to take your money, but to build a relationship. I liked that because there are some other things that he could do for me besides just clean the carpeting and he has references for those things. I really did like him. He has this email thing that he sends out and asked me if I wanted to be on the list, so I said yes. He then told me that anytime I don't want to be on it that there was a little link on it where I could unsubscribe. The thing is sometimes you have people that do that and then they bug the daylights out of you. I had one experience where a vendor started to bug me about commenting on her Facebook Page, but I don't even have a Facebook Page. That is not something that they should do as a young entrepreneur and should know about making mistakes like that, but Patrick sends his little email thing out and does not bug me about it. It is really a little newsletter thing about what he's doing right now and it's cool. He's got the right idea and has a good customer grasp on these things. I'm going to continue to get the emails because he's not abusing a privilege I gave me. I gave him an email address that I use for things like that because I never know what that is going to be like. I don't mind that because I keep my personal email address private. He's keeping it a professional relationship and is not using the contact I made on Angie's List to focus a spam campaign. The quality was there. I told him about a blueberry stain and that anything else between here and the kitchen was coffee although I now carry a non spill coffee mug. The three or four month old big blob blueberry stain was gone and when it dried it was still gone without a trace compared to an experience I had where it dried and came back. The coffee stains were totally gone. The stains that I pointed out were gone and never came back. There was a clean fragrance to whatever cleaning solutions that he uses. I know that it's green, but some green solutions don't smell good. This one smelled clean and not fragrantly. It wasn't Febreze or Pine-Sol but just a clean fresh smell, so he's got a handle on what green products to use. He's also very accommodating because we had to change the date three times. I changed it twice and he had to change it once. He's very good at letting you know if he's stuck in traffic. When you get these specials you do wonder if they're going to give you 100% and he does. I've got to honestly say that only one of the "Big Deals" I've gotten from Angie's List has been disappointing. Every other one has been good and if I need those services again will go back to them. He was always in touch with me when he needed to be and didn't bother me. I talked to him on the same day that I got the special. If he isn't going to be punctual he calls to tell why and where. I would absolutely use him again and I don't think I have to go looking for any other carpet cleaners.

He was great. The product was not smelly or nasty. I was able to work in the next room. The carpets looked brand new. Very nice!

I ended up not using the coupon because of scheduling conflicts, but they were pleasant to deal with.

Service was great. Arrived promptly, finished in allotted time and did a great job cleaning. Carpet was't too saturated - dried in the time they said it would.

Inital contact to schedule was very friendly, but after we had already agreed on a date, they called back the next day to reschedule, which was kind of annoying. They cleaned exactly 3 bedrooms, just as specified in the deal. No more, no less. Definitely a bit pushy about getting us on a regular carpet cleaning schedule, which is why I gave them a B on professionalism. The job was done well, and the cleaning was certainly better than anything we've succeeded at doing on our own with those carpet cleaning machines you can rent from Home Depot or the grocery store. This is perhaps more a testament to the quality of the machines than the service itself, but since you can't rent machines like that, it's fair to say that the service as a whole was good. Overall, I give them an B+. I'd use them again if the deal came up, but if I wouldn't pay the regular (double) price for it.

I purchased the coupon for this through Angie's List, and had some scheduling conflicts that Green Clean worked around. I ended up having to change the appointment time twice and they were accommodating. The cleaning itself seemed ok. I'm not sure what sort of soap was used, but it didn't have much of a scent, other than the wet dog odor that lingered for a day or two. I guess there's no way around that when steam cleaning a floor frequented by a dog.

Excellent service from start to end.

The company refused to clean the floor because of wrinkles in the carpet at most used areas.I had moved all the furniture out of the way for him to clean the carpet. The complaint he made was ridiculous because other comanies have cleaned my carpets after that little incident and had no problems. Evidently he had cleaned someone else carpet and got sued or great complaints about his work. All I know is I was very Inconvenienced and went through a lot of trouble and work for nothing.

Green Clean Carpet Care were outstanding. Professional, punctual and they did excellent work on the carpet cleaning. They were also very willing to share their thoughts and knowledge on other flooring questions we had. No hesitation in using or recommending Green Clean again in the future.

I spoke with the company over the phone and were very professional and responsive. They were not able to complete the job in the time frame I needed, but I know they did try to work me in. Ultimately things did not work with them, but they did tell me I could get a refund from Angie's List, which I did.

Green Clean carpet cleaning came at the time they said and did a great job. The carpet looked and smelled so much better. The guy was friendly and left the house looking great. I would definitaly use Green Clean again.

A great experience - Patrick arrived on time & we did a quick run-through to set the scope and identify issues of concern. Very thorough questions about various stains & lots of advice on what to do if it happens again. I agreed to pay a little extra for a spot treatment - about $25, plus a few bucks for sales tax on the Deal. Then he got to work on the carpet. The whole visit took maybe an hour? I'll definitely call the Green Clean crew the next time my carpets get grimy!

It's been awhile, so I don't remember details, but I do remember being very pleased.

Best internet search I have ever done! The owner, Patrick, showed up on time to do the job. He did the best job of carpet cleaning that I have experienced over the past 20 years. His process took out the stains--including some that other cleaners had failed to remove. He also advised me on other techniques that would work on spots where OTC carpet cleaners had removed the dye from the carpet. His process is environmentally friendly and did not leave that chemical odor; the carpets were soft--not stiff/crunchy like with the chemical cleaners. The carpets were dry within a very short time period. We thought we would need to replace the carpet in several rooms but after cleaning, they looked like new. I would definitely recommend this company. Patrick's attention to detail and his personal service was outstanding. In the past I have never rehired a carpet cleaner since the carpets never looked clean afterwards, or the carpets 'returned' to their prior dirty appearance, or the carpets were damaged. Not only did the company do a great job, but his price was significantly cheaper than his competitors. I will definitely use this company in the future.

There were several noticeable stains including pet urine stains. The carpet is old and light colored. I was very pleased with the result. The extra $25 per room for 2 rooms to neutralize the pet stains was worth the price because the stains and odor disappeared. I will definitely use this company the next time I need to have the carpets cleaned.
