Green Clean Carpet Care

It was absolutely wonderful! Everything, my entire experience with them was great! I even had some additional work done and they are very easy to work with and I will us them again!

We used them last year and again this year. They do a great job and we will continue to use them. Patrick explained everything thoroughly, was polite, on time and did a fabulous job.

We wanted to get the carpet cleaned in the house we just bought before we moved in. We were living in San Antonio but the new house was in Austin so we weren't able to be there personally to speak to anyone or let them in the house. I spoke with Patrick over the phone and he was very accommodating and clearly explained the how the pricing structure and everything worked. We set up an appointment for them to come out to the house and use a hidden key to get in and he was able to do the whole job and lock things up for us on his own. It was really nice to have someone able to help out remotely. He was very communicative by phone both before and after the job to let us know what was going on and was even willing to do me a small favor to check something out in the house while he was in there. The carpets looks very nice and we are all around very satisfied with Green Clean!

We had the most horrid smell from a wet area of carpet in my son's room after a leak sprung in the wall. I called and explained what we were looking for AND that we needed service ASAP. Patrick fit me into his schedule the very next day AND on a Saturday and he explained on the phone what he would be doing to get rid of mold smell and to kill any new potential mold growth. He was on time, did the job exactly how he explained, very quickly and efficiently and now the smell is gone. Would definitely use his service again and recommend him to anyone.

Fast, efficient and great service. We had to reschedule twice because we had family stay longer than expected, and they were extremely accomodating and understanding. We typically don't like to annoy businesses with rescheduling but it couldn't be helped. Carpet smelled and felt clean afterwards, and we are considering them to help us repair some seams around the house. Patrick even gave us some tips about how to better care for our carpet, which is not even a year old but since we installed it ourselves, needs some TLC to last us a while. Called to confirm time day before and called day of cleaning to let me know that he was on the way. The cleaning job was the best. My wife was very happy with there being no strong odors but a gentle smell.

It went very well. I got a call 45 minutes before the service (it was a sunday morning) and Pete told me his van was not starting so would it be ok if he was a few minutes late. It was perfect, since I was running late as well. He arrived when he said he would, called to give me a heads up. He arrived, explained the whole process, examined all the carpets and cleaned them up pretty well and he didn't use any harsh chemicals, which was important to me since I have a crawling baby. He also told me some problems with the previous installation of the carpets and I was so happy with the service they are coming back to fix them on Thursday. He gave me a very competitive price and he was really nice, as well...

The work was okay. He did have to come back to do a couple of pathways that dried and were not completely clean. They are willing to follow up and the guy that came back was was very nice to work with.

He did a very good job. I was a little dissapointed that the grout did not come clean.

Provider was prompt with communication and showed up on time. They were very professional in dealing with me and treating my house well. I had a Big Deal I purchased and I added on another room and all my stairs. They got a lot of stains out except a few which he explained were stains from cat food dye where my cat had thrown up. Understandable and I was not upset.

Great service, on time, pleasant, efficient, and end result was fabulous. We closed off a game room and added a closet so the construction workers pulled back the existing carpet in order to build the new walls. Carpet repair looks absolutely perfect. Very happy!

Other than a minor mix-up with the arrival time, Green Clean was very professional, and I will be using them again in the future. Patrick was very responsive, and will give you an honest assessment of what they can do for the carpet. He over-delivered, and everything looks good.

I have 3 cats and 1 dog so my rugs get abused a lot! I have cleaned them myself but it was to much for me to do. I contacted Green Clean Carpet Care from Angie's List to help me out. The Owner was on time and very personable. His prices for the work completed was reasonable, he also offers discounts for continued use of his service. Carpet looked new when he was finished. I am very pleased with this experience and will be using this company on a recurring basis.

Crew arrived on time, was very professional and meticulous. They did an excellent job.

The owner called to understand the nature of the review. After consideration, I have changed my rating due to effort the owner made to ensure satisfaction. TO date I have not used his service. His responsiveness made me reconsideration my evaluation.

Brought the wrong truck for first appointment so had to re-schedule. He did come on a Saturday so I didn't have to leave work again. The carpets looked ok but the soil retardant did not work. Owner was attentive and polite. I would not use this service again.

Was very professional and explained all he was doing. Had a lot of experience in the carpet cleaning business and was very personable. My wife was extremely pleased and that was the most important factor to me.

We purchased a home in may and had Green Clean Carpet Care come out to re-stretch and clean the carpet in all the rooms. Patrick was very professional and very friendly. He showed up on time and explained everything that he was doing, along with answering all my questions about the re-stretching. He did a walk through before he started and pointed out two stains he didn't think would come out. He was able to lighten the stains to the point I have to look close to see the stains. He couldn't remove the stains because they had been set by the previous owner. The carpet looks great. We hadn't moved in yet so Patrick left several pairs of show covers for the moving guys to wear when they unloaded our furniture. This kind act helped keep the carpets clean on move in day. He did a very good job. I think his pricing was in line with whoever else would have done it. He was responsive and punctual.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I didn't add any extra service at that time but I actually called them back and I have used them since then. He took the time to walk us through why those stains would come back, what we would do to avoid them in the future and what he could do to try to help in the short term. We actually had them back to do the whole house.

They did a great job. There were few thing I asked them beforehand, I asked them to clean my area run and they did that for an additional charge and they did a great job there, and there were some spot treatments for pet stain. I highly recommend them. They were very professional, very knowledgeable and I had fun about everything. And in fact I'm going to call them in a few months to clean my carpet again because I've had puppy in my house.
