+ -1 moreHe was prompt. He was courteous. He called to confirm and reschuled on a rainy day. He used corner protectors which I have never seen anyone else use. He got out all but one stain (which was nail polish and apparently no one can remove!). He went over each room when he was done. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.

+ -1 moreI bought the service through the Angie's list Big Deal, and he contacted me within 24 hours of buying the deal to set-up an appointment. It was raining on the day of the appointment, so he well before the scheduled time to see if I still wanted him to come if it was still raining. I appreciate him giving me the option of rescheduling due to the rain. He was on time, friendly, quiet, and very knowledgeable. He was careful with my furniture and let me know about any additonal pieces that should move to avoid any potential issues. For example, I have a floor lamp with a metal base. He suggested moving it just incase the steam reacted with the metal. I highly recommend using his services.

+ -1 moreI purchased an Angie's List deal for this service. Patrick showed up on time, called before he arrived, pretreated stains and thoroughly cleaned the areas that I had requested. He also steam cleaned the grout in my front foyer, with great results. Patrick was very courteous, professional, informative and patient with all my different questions. I have already scheduled Green Clean to come back to clean more carpets. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors!
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 large rooms of carpet. Removed a problem stain from a different carpeted area. Steam cleaned grout on the tile in the foyer.

Carpet cleaned very well except for a few minor stains that were very difficult and he worked extra h****** but could not remove (I believe they may have been tar). I would recommend!

Very knowledgible of the services that they performed. Also they give discounts if you further their services as a follow-up to keep carpeting looking fresh and like new. He first introduced himself, took a tour of the house of what rooms and problem areas I wanted cleaned plus the added stairs and throw rug I asked him about. He was upfront on the cost and there were no surprises at the end. He got right to work and was done quicker than I thought he would. I really don't have any bad marks against this company. It is worth calling!
Description of Work: Patrick cleaned the carpets in my home for 5 rooms and he did consider a "room" for two small spaces. I also wanted him to add the stairs (which was a reasonable cost) and one throw rug which he did well. He was very responsible, efficient, quality service and the carpets did not stink afterwards as other green companies have done in the past in our experience. We were extremely pleased with his work, the efficiency, his professional but friendly demeanor and someone I trusted to be in my home. He also educated me as to the condition of our carpets and why plus which areas could be cleaned but had been ruined by overuse in traffic areas where dirt had gotten into it and scratched the carpets. He however brought those areas also back to life as much as possible and to the point where we could hardly tell the difference. We will continue to use his services and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good green company. The cleanliness of the carpets did not require a chemical carpet company even though we had pet stains in many areas. Best carpet cleaning company I have ever had clean my carpets and Ive used a professional carpet cleaning company many many times. I have never stuck with a carpet cleaning company because I was never completely satisfied with those companies until now. Green Clean Carpet Care will now be our company of choice.

He also called me the day before to reassure and called me in the morning until he was 10 minutes away and I appreciated all of that. I’m at an age to forget. He arrived on schedule and took time to explain the processes to me and asked me if I had any concerns or questions. He then went on to do a super job cleaning both carpeting and tile/grout. Allowing time for proper drying, he came back the following day to seal the grout. Patrick is professional, friendly, and provides great service. I call Patrick for my next cleaning.

A cofee stain did prove to be difficult to remove on the first visit, but Patrick willingly returned and found a product that removed the stain successfully. He did this free of charge. I would definitely use Green Clean Carpet Care services again.
Description of Work: I used Green Clean Carpet Care for cleaning approximately 5 rooms in my house and 2 sets of stairs. I had a coffee stain in one room that I had not been able to remove.

+ 0 moreThe service provider called a few days before the service to let me know I was on still his calendar. He called again the day before, and he arrived on the dot on the day of the service. The dog and I got out of the way, so I did not watch the procedure. The service provider (owner?) was very polite and very helpful. Made suggestions for the future that I appreciate. The overall cost reflects the $99 special and the cost of the sofa cleaning.
Description of Work: I had a large living room, a hall, and the bedroom (around the bed). I had moved out small furniture, basket of books, baskets of dolls, sacks of blocks, etc. He moved the large chairs and put put them on foam pads when he moved them back. Carpet looks great. I asked him to clean the sofa and cushions as appropriate, and I think he did this by hand. They look great.

+ -1 morePatrick was great and communicative. I received an email confirmation as well as a phone call the day before, and a phone call when he was on his way. When he arrived, we went through the house and his asked for specific stains needing extra care (which there were none of), and then he explained the cleaning process. Halfway through one room through he took the time to show me the before/after look of the carpet (which was much more extreme than either of us expected), and afterwards explained the steps I needed to take to ensure the carpet dried properly. Best of all, the carpets were super clean and there were absolutely no odors afterwards. He also gave me some useful tips on caring for my specific type of carpet in the future. Will definitely return to him next time they need cleaning!

+ -1 morePatrick was very professional and provided useful information. He will definitely be cleaning carpets for me in the future. Patrick called in the morning to confirm an arrival time and then called again 30 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I had purchased the 5 rooms for $99. We needed to add 4 walk in closets (including my huge master closet), the hall closet and the stairs. He did not charge me for the hall closet and only charged a partial price for the bedroom closets as they were not that large. He looked at the stain in the master bedroom and was confident he could remove it. He explained that the stair treads were showing wear on the carpet and would not look brand new when he was done cleaning. As we were moving out of the house and it was empty, I left him alone to lock up when he was finished. When I returned the carpets were clean and looked great. The stain was removed from the master bedroom and the stair carpet looked great to me. The best part... there was no odor and it was only slightly more humid than when I left. After only a couple of hours the carpets felt dry. He did a fantastic job.
