Bought the Big Deal and Patrick contacted me quickly, as usual. We scheduled the appointment. Patrick called to re-confirm and was at the property at the agreed to time; and we did a walk through and I pointed out the trouble areas, that I knew of. He worked first on the loose seams, then did the cleaning. We also went over the additional pricing. I so like the upfront and professionalism Patrick has. It's gotten so rare. Patrick does such a great job and is so pleasant and informative. This work was on a rental property. Patrick showed me the additional problem area's I hadn't noticed, since he has such a trained eye.

Overall Patrick did a great job. He called me back immediately when I first called for an appointment. He came exactly when he said he would. The first date we had to reschedule because it was raining so bad but he got us in the very next week. We are very pleased with the job and our carpet looks like new.

Patrick was great. He kept in touch about his arrival time and was patient with me since I had sprinkler service being done at the same time. He took great care with his equipment in the house, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Finished the job in a timely manner, and I thought the cost was very fair (I bought a "Big Deal", and then added some of his services on top of that). Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bought an Angies List deal for Green Clean Carpet Care and while they were prompt and professional, the overall clean of the carpet was unsatisfactory. Much of the dirt in the carpet remained even after cleaning. We do have a busy household, but we do not wear our shoes in the house, so there should not be much tracked in on our carpet. When the cleaning was complete it was still not as good/clean as other companies we have used in the past in terms of quality.

Patrick arrived on time and finished the job in reasonable amount of time.

We have always been rather leary of the carpet cleaning specials we have seen advertised, but went with this company when we saw the Angie's List special offered. Hired Patrick to clean a bank foreclosure property. He did excellent work even pulled stains I did not think would come out. Will use him again.

Patrick did an excellent job from the moment I contacted him to the moment he left and I had clean carpets with necessary repairs. I contacted Patrick and got a quick response from him, and was able to book over email, which helps when I'm working. He confirmed close to our appointment and called the day of to confirm his arrival 30 minutes prior, allowing me to run errands with my son. He arrived promptly on time and was very professional the entire visit. During the cleaning he helped me look at my OLD carpet and figure out what I needed for the clean and repair. i.e. Upstairs I had a place that the carpet is coming away from the mat and he repaired for $20, which will keep it from further separating at the point. This is important as I need to get the upstairs carpet to last a few more years. Downstairs, I plan to replace in the next year, so he counseled me against the carpet stretching that I needed saving me $150. And when he cleaned it, a lot of it the sape seemed to come back, so I should definitely get my 9 mo to a year out of it. He did a wonderful cleaning job, I had had a friends dog for a 10 days and she had peed in multiple places, as well as left a vomit stain. He was able to get it all out. He also left me a number of tips for cleaning future stains that are easier and cheaper than what I've been doing in the past, and will help me get more life out of my carpet. He even got my stairs cleaned where were really needing some love. I'm very happy and would not hesitate to call Patrick back again. They were reasonably priced. They are a green company. They were flexible in the work that they did for me. They were willing to move anything up to 50 pounds. The carpets look spectacular and they were grubby beforehand. They were very informative throughout the entire process and cautioned me about slipping when walking on the damp rug and then on the wood floor.

The technician was very polite, punctual and efficient. My husband was surprised at how nice the floors looked after cleaning. He walked in and said "Oh, wow!".

He was delayed, but kept me in the loop. I had the whole day off, so it wasn't a problem. I stayed out of his way as I had moved most of the items off the carpet and did did a few little things as he went. I substituted a large rug for one room. He answered concerns I had about pets (rodents) and he said his stuff was safe even for fish which are far more sensitive. He even gave me suggestions for 2-3 very small spots that he wasn't able to get out. We couldn't figure what it was either... wound up shaving the few fibers that were discolored. He was very nice and pleasant to deal with, I think he said he was a one man operation. These were the carpet's first steam cleaning in the 8 years I've had them and they really needed. Overall the rug and the carpet looked great, he got out the spots I was concerned about and am happy with the result.

Patrick was extremely informative and did a great job. We had just moved into an old house (new to us) and the kitchen tile and grout were extremely dirty and stained. After the service, it looks great! Cleaning was on a Monday morning and lasted about 2 hours. The cleaning did not disrupt the rest of the kitchen or house. Only had to move furniture from the area being cleaned. I will definitely have the back when the tile is dirty again.

I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List back in November, I think, and Patrick contact me immediately by email. It seems I also got a phone call. I emailed back that I didn't plan on getting the carpets clean until January/February time frame. I was contacted after the first of the year reminding me I needed to get my cleaning scheduled so my Big Deal didn't expire. Wow, how nice is that?! I hadn't forgotten, but the reminder was great. Very pleasant and responsible would be two words to describe Patrick. We scheduled a day and time, it was about a week out. He called to re-confirm our appointment, and he showed when he was suppose to, and let me give him a tour to show the trouble spots I knew I had. He took laser measurements and I added extra hall space for $15.00. He pointed out areas of wear that would be clean, but still worn. I guess some folks think 14 yr. old carpets are made new, so he was just covering his bases. He explained the process, and I actually had a rust stain that he didn't give me much hope for. I REALLY like that the cleaner he uses are not dangerous solvent compounds that I believe can cause health issues. I have to say, I was a little worried there could be a compromise of cleaning qualities. (BOY, WAS THAT A NEEDLESS CONCERN, in my situation) He put down these corner protectors, and went to work. Oh, he also explained I could walk on the carpets when he was done, but to me careful because my feet would be slippery. He also asked if I had a dog, since the front door would be slightly open and didn't want an animal to get out. We chatted a bit while the cleaning compound worked, then he was back to work to finish up. He reminded me since it was a fairly humid day it could take a bit longer to dry. I had made plans to leave the house and leave my ceiling fans going. I did walk around and I was very happy with my 'bad' areas. There is just a hint of the spot I thought was rust. (we'd had a small fridge there at one time) I'm very HAPPY!! My carpets look WONDERFUL! I'm so excited to do spring cleaning now!! I fell Fresh MYSELF!! THANK YOU PATRICK!! The owner was very responsive and polite to my phone call and setting up the appointment. On the day he was scheduled however, he called because the job before mine was running over. He arrived later than he had said, even with the new time, and seemed rushed when he arrived. I had to leave during the job, and when I returned I found it to be not satisfactory. There were 2 lines right at the top of the stairs that were not there before. In the years previous, when having our carpets cleaned, if that would ever happen and you would show the technician, they would go over it and it would be clean-it is sort of like he missed a narrow strip between passes. Secondly, I was very surprised that smaller furniture, etc. were not lifted and put on drying blocks or a piece of foil. That has never happened before with any carpet cleaning company I have used over the years. It seemed as though he only went around everything, not under. Overall, the job was just so-so.

We bought a coupon for Green Clean through Groupon. Patrick was both knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did a great job of cleaning the carpets.

Green Clean offered a special price via Angie's List to clean 4 rooms of carpeting. I negotiated a separate price for also cleaning a flight of stairs. The owner contacted me almost immediately after the purchase to set up an appointment. The crew showed up on time, handled everything, and did a good job. Will definitely use Green Clean again in the future.

I have been using Kiwi for a couple of years with no problems but he was referred to me by someone I know and thought I'd give Patrick a try. He was very nice and professional but after he left the stains on my carpet were still there and the smell seemed to reappear. I have not had this problem with Kiwi. I had the carpets cleaned just before Christmas and contacted him about the problem then. I was going out of town for the holidays so he told me to contact him again when I returned. I e-mailed him on January 14 and got no reply. I contacted him again 10 days later and he replied that because so much time had passed he would not consider a redo, which I hadn't yet asked for but I did expect him to come and take a look.When I forwarded him my e-mail from the 14th, he admitted he found it in his SPAM folder but told me that was still too long, even though I contacted him about the problem before I ever left town, which was prior to Christmas.He also went on to say that the problems with the stains and a couple of other more minor issues I mentioned were actually KIWI's fault not his. He claims that the solution they use doesn't remove stains but somehow alters their pigment so they just look like they're gone but they really aren't. REALLY? Wow - who knew! I'm going to research what he claims but of course, do I really care if the stains are gone or just invisible for some other reason?He had a reference from someone I trust and obviously he had thumbs up from her and Angie's list so needless to say, I'm disappointed - all I can say is that he didn't get my carpet clean, plain and simple, then didn't respond to my attempt to contact him and after additional time had passed said it was too late even though I told him there was a problem BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Instead of making any attempt on any sort of accommodation, he spent time explaining to me how his cleaning process is much better than Kiwi's - except of course for the minor problem of course that they removed the stains and odor and he didn't - although he says it's actually CLEANER now even though it doesn't look it or smell like it. I guess I'm not smart enough to understand.I guess it's back to Kiwi and this is probably a very good example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
