We selected carpet for a master bedroom and guest bedroom, we communicated the need to have the work completed by a given date. We received a confirmed installation date for the work that meet our needs. The day of installation arrived, and the installers came with only the guest bedroom carpet. We did not receive any notification from the office or the sales representative that the carpet would be unavailable. When we escalated the issue to management, they did not have a proposed solution. After many phone calls and visits to the store, we selected an alternate carpet. Days before the installation of the alternate carpet, we received a call "confirming" the carpet, which was really a substitution of a third carpet of lower quality. Even the day of installation, the installers were late. When our dissatisfaction with the carpet was voiced to management they were rude. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone!

Extremely bad experience starting from getting quote, installation and then fixing the work under warranty. I'll not recommend this place to anyone. Never showed up on time.

They took out old carpet off the flooring and installed the new floors. It took months to complete the work and there were a lot of issues that we were not happy with. We will not use this company again for any other work.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH SALES AND FLOORING OPTIONS. THEY EVEN RECOMMENDED WAITING A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR PURCHASE DUE TO A SALE STARTING ON THE FLOORING WE WANTED. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT ON REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. OVERALL, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
