Picked this provider to use local company. They came, measured promptly , ordered glass unit and said it would be about 3 days. They then called and said they broke the glass and had to reorder. I waited almost 2 weeks and they said they forgot. They reordered the window and in 4days they promptly came and replaced it. I should have checked their work but didn't. I just did look at their work and found that they hadn't put the plastic trim seal around the window or it fell off. I will fix myself or see if they want to fix their work.

Called Bill's Glass and Screen (they installed originally) and they came right out and replaced the material that came loose...a 3M product they said was very expensive, but they did it without charge and it's doing the job. Now it's been nearly a year since install and the door, hinges, hardware all holding up like a champ.
Description of Work: Had a follow call on my glass surround on my master shower. The bumper for the door to prevent glass on glass when closing it had become detached.

A long time friend recommended these guys and said he always uses them for any glass around the house. I called to ask about the mirrors with the thought that they could cut the large mirrors down to a size that I could frame. We got to talking and I found that they could do it and they came out and removed the mirrors. They held the mirrors until I decided that framing wasn't a good idea...framing was more expensive and finished item wouldn't be a nice as new mirrors I could buy at Lowe's (with frames that matched the cabinetry and beveled glass). They recommended a builder for my bathroom remodels. I did end up using him and he recommended Bill's Glass for the shower enclosure. Bill's Glass was considerably less expensive than other glass companies I got bids from. They came out and measured once the tile work was done. Their process is to measure one side of the enclosure, order it and install before measuring the next side. This shower is in a corner and needed a single piece and a door. The shower is pretty large and the glass is high. I ordered it with the hard water protection coating and fancier hardware including a handle, a robe hook, and a towel bar. The shower and the new tile are really a show piece in my bathroom. So far the glass looks like new and it feels like a spa experience everyday. Bill's Glass is really a good company and I would recommend them to my friends anyday. - very professional, timely and the price was right. Thanks guys!
