We've been serving the Rockwall and surrounding areas for the past 10 years! It is unfortunate that you had this experience, but it was a complete AC system replacement. The parts are expensive and it was a lot of labor. Our prices are generally in line with the community on an apples to apples comparison. I regret that it was that much for your sake... I noticed this was your first visit to us and you came all the way from Dallas. My name is Ken Sterling and I am the owner of the company. If we can ever be of service again please let me know at 469-698-8585. Please remember our repairs carry a nationwide warranty. If you ever travel and need a repair to the work we did, just call us, or your nearest NAPA auto center (there are almost 14,000 of them) and your repair will be covered. [Member name removed], I am not sure what your issue with us is. There were no comments. The one and only time I show you were in for service was November 6, 2011 at 12:27 pm. At that time all we did was to replace a small hose on the windshield washer and change the oil in your 2008 BMW. I looked for the possibility that maybe the date you mentioned was in someone else's name. I have 4 people with your last name and none of them have your address. Description of Work: Our cars were serviced there a few years ago. I moved our service to someone else because of the time it took to complete repairs. I could not afford to be without a car for a week. On numerous occasions it took 3 days to 1 1/2 weeks to complete the repair due to ordering parts to being behind. I was not kept current on the status of the repair. I felt my service was second due to the high-end and performance cars they were also servicing.
