This was a non-event, just like you would want with auto repair. Called for aan appointment. Took the car in. They called when it was done - as promised. Picked it & drove home. No more leaks. I have going to Horizon for a couple of years, and always been very satisfied. They handle most of the regular maintenance on our 2011 Honda Odyssey, 2000 BMW Z3, and 1967 MGB-GT. Plus an occasional bigger job - mostly on the Z3 since it was in storage for over a year before I got it.

Fast, efficient, don't contrive unnecessary repairs, accommodate schedules. Among family members, we have six vehicles and Horizon has serviced them all promptly and reliably. I love these guys!

They were friendly and knowledgeable . They provided a quote before the work and kept me posted on the progress. The work was done promptly and guaranteed.

I have used Horizon Auto Center for over 10 years for all my car repairs. The service is first rate, the repairs are always thorough, and the prices are fair.

I had a great experience with them. They had a great turnaround time. I was able to get my car back the same day. They were very responsiveness, everyone was punctual and were great at their job. I dropped off the car, they called when it was done.

We had a day wait for the tires. The van ran well on our trip.

I think they do good work and are honest. I quit using them when they added a 17% "supply charge" to the quoted price for a replacement tire

Advised they would be able to identify and stop a leak. After installing all new door/body frame gaskets and sealing around windshield the car was returned to me. During the next rain, the car leaked as before. They took it back and after several months, I took the car back not fixed. No apologies - offer of refund or anything close to accepting responsibility. I took the car to a custom auto shop. They identified the leak to be the result of a poorly installed windshield. The leak is fixed. (By the way, Horizon had earlier replaced the wind shield.

The guys there were very polite and gave me good prompt service. They were efficient and courteous. I was very satisfied with their work. They also followed up with me through email and I was impressed with that.

We were buying a used vehicle and we wanted them to inspect it. I was surprised there was a cost. I expected it to be free since we are regular customer. We’ve been going to them for a little over a year.

They did a great job. I have no complaints. I would recommend.

Our experience has been nothing but great with them. Every time we've taken our car in, it's been courteous and quick. They are awesome and have real honest mechanics. The price was very fair. I can find it cheaper but it usually takes longer and the work is not as well done. The quality of work is perfect every time. I can call them up, it doesn't matter when, and they squeeze us in all the time. If they say it's done today, it's done today even if they have to work late hours.

What I thought was the issue turned out not to be the case. I took it into the shop and they quickly figured out the problem and fixed it for me. In the mean time they dropped me off at home, and even picked me up the next day so I could get my car.

Horizon did a good job with the work, on time and no surprises. They did notify me that I needed some break work. Their quote was for some $300 to $400 in work. I had a second opinion from my friend and he did a smaller subset for some $250. In conclusion, while I did go with my normal mechanic, Horizon did spot a real issue and their estimate was in line (albeit they wanted to do a bit more than my other mechanic advised.) I would use them again without reservation.

Horizon Auto Care is very good on price. They let me know clearly what needs to be done on my car.
