Description of Work: OMG, Dale and his wife are awesome..Dale went over and above the call of duty..we had a problem with my HOA and Dale called, emailed and even made a personal visit to try and assist me getting the matter handled...He even come with me to a HOA meeting where after seeing his product and quality, I was approved immediate..my patio is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

My ONLY negative comment (and it is very petty!) is that the crew were smokers, and while this NEVER affected the job they did, I did find a few cigarette butts left behind when they were done with the job. I think overall they were VERY clean and did a great job of trying to remove ALL debris, but these few were missed. Also, I had selected a different end design than they actually did. But the one they did is still pretty and was a lot of hard work! They hand cut each one, and I love the final product, so I'm very happy. Also, one tiny seam has leaked, and I have called Dale twice now to ask him to come and re-caulk the area. One man came out and caulked, and then we had another hard rain and it leaked again, I think because the caulk didn't have time to properly dry before the rain hit. I'm still waiting for them to come back out and re-caulk, although I don't see this as any kind of problem. Their work is 100% guaranteed. Otherwise, it was an amazing job and a great experience! I would highly recommend this company! I hope to have them back out soon to add some more overhangs as soon as I can!
Description of Work: We have a large house and we wanted an overhang to go from one end of the house to the other, a long span. I called out several other companies to get quotes for both wooden and aluminum. We had an existing wooden structure that needed removing as well. We decided to go with Made In The Shade since their product was maintence free and priced better than the wooden ones. We also requested that three ceiling fans be installed. Dale was great with explaining the entire process and timeline. The crew was awesome! Polite and professional. This job was seamless from start to finish. We had them do three elevations, along with a few extras that made the finished look SO pretty! They were good about keeping things clean even during the tear-down process and the builing process. They loved my dog and that made it easier for me to allow my dog outside to go potty while they worked. They finished on time and on budget! No surprises and the end result is so pretty!
