The guy showed up on time. He looked in my chimney and said it was very dirty and that I needed a chemical treatment which was $321 plus the sweeping fee which was 145. I said no thanks and that I would pay for the service call. He called his boss and got the price to 321. I again said no thanks and he called his boss again and got the price to 257. I agreed and he "cleaned" my chimney with a chemical. he did nothing else and was done in 20 min. The entire thing seemed way to fast to clean out my entire chimney not to mention that the hose on his vacuum was not long enough to reach the top of the chimney. I'm pretty sure I was ripped off. Also the receipt I have states "Your Solution LLC" not United. I find this odd. I wont use this company again and will not use Home Advisor again either since they recommended him to me. I feel completely uneasy with the entire situation.

Avi was very nice and easy to work with. We had our chimney cleaned and even though we had to spend a little more than we wanted he got a little discount to make a little easier. I will use them again. Good Job Avi!!!

Spent more time trying to sell products than cleaning and barely understand him. This is the second time I used home advisor and have yet NOT had satisfactory experience.
