I was quoted one price and after he got here price kept changing higher and higher. Originally he was suppose to clean 20 vents. He charged me for 3 vents. I don't think he was very truthful.

Very responsive, curteous & knowlegable on the qork performed, as well as the guarantee of that work and its value upon future inspections. a bit pricey, but I needed the work done in a hurry!

They responded right away with our request and came out the next day to do the repair on our fireplace. They were very friendly and helpful.

Had them come clean and check my chimney. It is 50 years old and had never been serviced. When the house was re-leveled there were some cracks that started to show on the stack. They resealed the box and stack quickly, and with great professionalism.

They charged $1,000.00 for a job that should not have been over $200.00 we are retired 70 years old an were taken advantage of.

I should have gotten a second bid. Price seemed high for the work done.

I was told over the phone that the cost would be $145.00 + tax to get rid of the odor coming from my fire place, when the guy got here he told me I needed a chemical cleaning that would cost $400 + then a deodorizer which would cost another $265.00. This was from him simply looking up the chimney from my living room, he never went onto the roof. He sprayed the fireplace and return vent and changed me the $265.00. The next morning the odor was just as strong and I had them come back again to re apply the deodorizer, after a week the smell is almost gone but not completely. All they wanted to do was sell, sell, sell me on having things done that I didn't know if I needed them or not, again the guy never went on the roof to look down the chimney.
