Cannot be trusted and you need to go behind them to make sure they do the job right. At the time they were cleaning I watched as he started to clean my first A/C unit and vents. I didn't watch him on the second one, he did not clean it or sanitize it like I paid him to do. I had to go into the attic about week after because my unit wasn't cooling properly found a hole on the side of return air vent open where it was cut open so it could be sanitized. That started me to looking around at my other unit and noticed that nothing was done to it. I tried to call them but could not get a return phone call from them. I have a call into Home Adviser waiting to talk to someone about this, it's to expensive for them not to do the job right.

The service was expensive but considering how clogged up the exhaust tube was, they were cheaper and quicker than finding a contractor to replace the entire tube. The service specialist shows you before and after views of his work and it's guaranteed for 10 years.

The tech Alesia was very professional and informative. He performed a complete cleaning of our three HVAC systems. It wasn't cheap but I feel it was probably worth the cost. Time will tell.
