I hired this company to clean my insert pellet stove. I was assured they could do the job from Home Advisor. I wasnt home when United did the cleaning. When they were done my pellet stove did not work. I called the place where I bought my stove and they sent a tech to the house and inspected what United had done or hadn't done. United did not clean any of the chambers. All they did was vacuum the front pan which my eighty year old mother could have done. They totally ripped me off for $100. I should have known better.

He only cleaned about 3-4 feet up the chimney. He said that was as far as his vacuum hose would reach. My concern is all the debris that still remains throughout the rest of the chimney, roughly 3/4 is still dirty.

The price seemed a little on the high side, but I just moved here from a lower cost of living area so this may be normal for the Dallas market. I would definitely hire them again.

We called them and they came out that same day! We wanted our fireplace cleaned out so we could use it before the cold front moved in. I knew it was a longshot, but they fit us into their busy schedule and made our fireplace like new. Cracks and dangerous issues needing repair were found and the tech was able to fix it all right then. Very friendly, very prompt, very professional. We loved our service! We will be using this company from now on.

Joseph was great. Ended up that I had a large dead animal in my dryer vent duct. It was pretty awful, and he was a champ about it. He removed it, changed out my vent, the piping to the outside, and sanitized the venting in the wall area. Thanks!

I was called immediately. The employee showed up early due to a scheduling change. He explained to me what needed to be done in order to get my approval before doing the work. Once he completed the job, my fireplace looked like new.
