The guys did a very thorough job cleaning our ducts. We have an old house and it is up for sale and it was important for us to have a clean new house scent. Our experience with United Home cleaning services was excellent. They arrived when they were supposed to, completed all work as expected, offered great advice and tips and completed the work promptly. They worked on our ductwork for 3 hours and were very thorough. They even repaired an opening in our main Duct line. I highly recommend United Home Cleaning Services.

The two individuals who worked at our home were professional and very attentive. They estimated three (3) hours, and they actually finished in about 2 hours and 45 minutes. They were early for the appointment and communicated with me the entire time. I would definitely recommend.

The tech broke the mesh door of the fireplace, then someone else came out to 'fix' it, but never did. I've written many emails and left several voicemails without response. They have not taken responsibility to fix what was broken by the tech. Then today, I left one more message and got a nasty voicemail with very crude cursing, saying that they didn't break the door, when in fact, they did.

They completely clean every crevice of every duct in your system. Not just your flex ducts but the entire system. From start to finish, this company was outstanding! Rotem was wonderful in helping to schedule my appointment. David came out to my house on time and after inspecting the vents/ducts, he told me that I didn't need them to be cleaned. He still cleaned my furnace at no charge and I had him clean my dryer vent. I don't know of any other company that would be this honest! They could have easily done the work that was not necessary and charged me hundreds of dollars, but they are an upstanding and honest company that does great work. They also have the BEST employees!
