Although I had the power switch from the previous owners to us when Joseph arrived he effectively adjusted to ensure we were able to receive services to meet our needs. I called around to see if someone could come out today and the man I spoke with told me he would call to see where his technicians were and then call me back. Sure enough, he called me back and told me Alex would arrive in 15 minutes. Alex was very professional and informative. My fireplace is not only ready to use but Alex also made it look pretty. I would definitely recommend this company in a heart beat!

They did a great job

Nice, professional, staff. They forgot to re-install a couple of the vents and cleanup in a couple areas, otherwise they did a good job. Arrived on-time and answered all my questions. I would recommend them for duct cleaning.

Did what was necessary

Not very forthcoming with their prices but they did a good job and their workers are nice and professional. I would hire them again.

The way Roman that came looked at the fireplaces, asked questions about how they would be used, when they were last used. He examined them and then told me what he would recommend, how the work would progress and the warrranty details as well as the cost. He worked efficiently and cleanly. He was personable!

They did not follow through what they were suppose to do and now I have thousands of dollars in damage to my house. For customer service When I mention the issue the did not want to even want to come out to look or try to fix the issue.

After cleaning out the fireplace he didn't put back the grate in the fireplace screen. He just left it outside.
