Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, and the work looked good. However, I definitely got sticker shock on the cost. The estimate over the phone was about 9 times less than what I was told by the tech because of the condition of my system, which is on me. Even so, the price difference to get the rust off seemed excessive. They offered some discounts, but even so it still felt like I paid way too much.

Very professional and cleaned- up after themselves. They also painted the vents. She was impressed.

I hired this company to fix the flashing around my chimney. They convinced me to fix and cap my fireplace, cost me $1292 and they failed to do the one thing I needed them to do. I still have a leak around my fireplace

Great service (I think, since I am unfamiliar with what's done or how it should be done) and they keep in contact wonderfully - until you pay. And then it's like you do not exist. My only issue is, the technician reported BLACK MOLD to me and says he will get me a report because I asked him if he actually did testing (I've dealt with BLACK MOLD before and it involved extensive testing). Well, he told me I'd get an emailed report. My service was on 2/8/18...it is now 2/20/18 and still no report. I have called and text and I believe I've even spoken to the owner?? Not sure on that one. Now I'm being told they never send a report via email. Well, where's my report, any report, especially since I was told I have black mold in a house we just bought and I have 3 kids (one a newborn). Kind of a little scary and not something to mess around with just to try and get another service done. Up until this issue with the report, I would have recommended this business...but now I feel as if the tech was just trying to upsale me and since I didn' take the bait, I'm SOL with that report.

They were very professional, but my husband forgot to ask them to clean the dryer vent. More later.
