Great response to my request and both Mike and Ben were very helpful and courteous. Ben cleaned the fireplace and chimney without making any mess, and was very helpful answering my questions. I look forward to having them service my fireplace again.

Came out and listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, we settled on an action plan and away we went. Very good job, clean and neat, very professional. Ben did a super job.

First of all, they were suppose to arrive between 11-1 and did not arrive until 3:30. The first guy who came out to clean my dryer vent did a sub par job ( they had to send some one else out the next day to clean it again). He did apologized for the first guy not doing the job correctly the first time. He did not attach the attic vent back after he took it apart to supposedly clean it. So he had to reattach the vent. Had I not had GE appliances coming out the next morning I wouldn't have known any of this. I paid a $150 (which i found out later was actually over priced) and he tried to get another $350 to do some other work. I did contact Home Advisor to let them know. I would not recommend this company.

Paid for cleaning. Recommended $5,000 worth of work to be done. I did not agree to have it done at this time. When he arrived the air conditioning was working fine. It has not worked properly and does not cool since he left.

A small problem arose. They came back immediately and made it right. What more can you ask for.

Very professional! Came in, cleaned and was gone in about 20 minutes. Took precautions to make sure he didn’t get anything in my home dirty. The only reason I gave them 4.5 stars was due to making the first appointment a week in advance and then calling 15 minutes before asking to reschedule. They did show up promptly to the subsequent appointment.

They did a fantastic job Alex was very professional and friendly I recommended them to my neighbors the same day as they came out. Very pleased.

I originally hired the team for a chimney sweep, which they completed satisfactory. They also did an inspection which led to incredibly expensive up sells. They were open to feedback and explaining the services. I ended up having them seal and redo the fireplace along with a gas log conversion. It looks brand new! Very happy with the work and service.

They came to my home to clean my dryer vents and the next day my dryer didn't work. When I called back I was told that they did nothing! There was no concern on their end. My husband tightened up the vent hose in the back and it worked better but I will still need to have a man out this week to service the dryer! It’s less than a year old and I don’t know why it should not be drying my clothes, if nothing was done. During the week of May 6 through May 12 they called multiple times stating that they were coming to our home to re-clean the dryer vents and as of the 5/14, no one has shown up or returned my phone call. This company is good for one thing only and that is they lie very well. It is companies like this that give contractor's a bad name. I would not consider using them again if they were the only company in the country providing this service.......Poor poor poor!!!!

This company was very prompt and courteous. Great customer service.

Had rescheduled so many times over three days. Finally showed up and could only clean 30 % of my duct work with no explanation. Very dissatisfied. Also, before I wish to pay him for what he did do, I wanted a receipt of itemization of costs and he refused to provide this. Until he provides an invoice he will not be paid.

Great experience, they actually called me to see if I wanted an earlier time slot, and were very good at communicating when they would be there. Great service, very professional!

They called to let me know when they will be there. Alex was very professional in uniform. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Didn't try to sell service's I didn't request. Yes I would hire them again

When i originally booked they were supposed to come out in the morning 9 am. Got a call that afternoon asking if they could come out between a window of 12-2 because they didn't have an opening so i agreed but then barely made it by 2. Very pleased with the work and left with everything as clean or better than when they arrived.
