The 2 young men were fast, courteous & very interested in cleaning up during & after the job. I was most impressed. Would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

The two young men were very nice. They wore their covered shoes before they stepped inside. They looked at the chimney and said it was very dirty. They said that they could clean just the part from the inside for the "special" of $125. If I wanted them to clean the other half of the chimney, it would be $299. I told them to just do the $125 special. They also told me that they could not replace the chain on the damper at the top of the fireplace that I would have to install a new damper near the bottom of the chimney. That price they would have to get back with me. All of that was not good but still I am no expert in the business to know what might be building code. So they started their cleaning and the entire room filled with soot!!!! They did not cover anything and the whole room looked liked it was going up in smoke. We had to clean walls, furniture, rugs, everything...and the A/C filter was black with soot as well....When the main office called to get a review I told the lady what had happened and she didn't say much of anything. Again, really nice guys but would not recommend them.

My Dryer vent I’m ashamed to say hasn’t been cleaned in years. Daniel and assistant did a fabulous job and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely do this on a regular basis now. Thanks guys.

Be careful. I saw them changing their shirts in the car coming from a different job. I don't think these guys are even licensed. Just be careful when they come into your home.

Daniel was very nice and friendly. He had a very professional attitude, I really enjoyed working him and his helper. They have a great supervisor at their office was awesome too. I have lived in my house for two years and this was a detail that I missed when we moved in but they had a very reasonable price, and we will be hiring them again on a yearly basis. And they even had pictures of my chimney when they were done, they also cleaned up when they were finished. Great job guys A , thanks again!

Fast and easy to coordinate appointment. Technician - Benjamin - arrived on time and was super friendly. Laid out all expectations of service as well as pricing. Cleaned fireplace and added rain cover. Finished in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Benjamin - great customer service!

This company uses bait and switch business practices and there is extra charges for everything. The $159 “special” does not cover any air duct cleaning, return vents, etc. Notice how the owner does not apologize in the comments section of these reviews. Hire a different company
