Tech showed up within given time frame. Took before and after video of work. Showed how to work fireplace, made recommendations, and pointed out areas of attention. Rates appear competitive.

They did a beautiful job of cleaning the chimney! I thought they were coming to cleaning the logs to but he vacuumed them.

On time. Great knowledge of task at hand. Protected and cleaned up after himself.

Determined to get a $300 price regardless! The job was unacceptable and minimal cleaning was done. The mortar work was questionable, it was late and dark so I?m not sure how a chimney inspection should go. He sprayed and cleaned the fireplace flute which was acceptable exit inside surfaces only and I had to request mortar on areas that were obviously deficient. Who knows this maybe a it works. I will definitely be ready for the next chimney sweep and know in advance the service I should expect.

Technician not trained to work safe he did not use a respirator safety glasses or gloves.Tech started getting up set and loud with myself and later with my wife because we declined the oil cleaning.We only wanted him to sweep the chimney.Tech only spent 10 minutes sweeping chimney with 1 brush and a drill motor and only cleaned 12 ft up my chimney is at least 20 ft tall.The last company I used was off duty fire fighters they spent 2 hrs seting up sweeping chimney and cleaning up,Home cleaning did a poor job sweeping chimney and a sloppy job cleaning up my floor and was rude to my wife and myself very un professional service. Chimney Sweep service. Call me unimpressed. $500. Stuck a 18v Ryobi drill up probably 10 feet up my chimney from the bottom up with a bristle brush attachment connected to a graphite/plastic rod. Did not, i repeat did not do anything from the top of the chimney, all work was done inside my house from the bottom of the fireplace. He used some creosote remover from a bucket that he described as being very expensive and sprayed it up in the chimney with some wonky looking blower. Let it sit, for some time and swept from the bottom again. I honestly think i got taken thru the ringer. Guy was nice, but I doubt i got anything near what i paid for.

He said he was going to do a deep clean, but he wasn’t there any longer than he wouldve been for. A standard clean and it cost an additional $200 more

I was very disappointed in the service received. Even though he was very friendly and polite the cleaner came out without proper equipment to clean our fireplace and chimney. All equipment was dirty, drop cloth to keep carpet clean actually made the carpet more dirty. Did not get the fireplace clean and did not even try to clean chimney above firebox. This was a bait and switch scam. Tried to get us to pay triple the price quoted to get the chimney cleaned. Complete waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

I was quoted $125.00 but he said it was so dirty the price went to $400.00. And his car/van had no sign on it. And as soon as he arrived he asked to use the bathroom. He said next year it would be free! We shall see.
