The technician was completely thorough and professional.

They were over 2 1/2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call them to find out what was going on. Also when contacting them they never identified the business when answering the phone.

Eliav was conscientious and thorough in his work. The service jumped from $99 to $299 because my fireplace had not been used or cleaned in 4 years. It included the dryer vent cleaning and 2 year warranty.

Very professional! Put drop cloths over everything to insure no mess and easy clean up. He also showed me the before and after video of the chimney. Great work and very satisfied.

He didn't do the project right, it was to be done in an 1 1/2 and only did it in 15 mins, and his appearance was not right for the job, All he did was put the vacuum up there and said he was going to spray the cleaner and said it was to take 30 mins, and he wasent in my home longer then 15 mins.

For the amount of money and time spent, it was not worth it and they attempted to sell other services even before they completed the first job. Not happy with this experience.

Caution: Get full pricing information prior to hiring! In short: I was quoted a price for what I thought was necessary. Upon arrival, I was quoted a price for an additional $100 in order the get the job done "properly". This is very dishonest and I was given the classic bait and switch. I was quoted an attractive price to book the work, then the price increased $100 (67% increase!) upon arrival. Were they really expecting to come in and do the job improperly? I am curious if they thought they could get away with this because I am female. The full story: When I called about needing my dryer vent cleaned, I told the guy on the phone that I had snaked the vent from inside the house. However, that did not resolve the problem, so I needed someone to get on the roof and clear it from that direction. I was quoted a price and there was no further discussion. When the technician arrived the very first thing he told me was that he was only going to go from one direction and it would be an additional $100 to go from both. We confirmed that I needed it done from the roof. So that is what he did. When he came down he explained to me that in order to do the job properly, it needed to be cleared from inside the house as well or the problem would come back in a few months. He also said they would not guarantee the work if it wasn't also done from inside the house. The guy I booked with failed to tell me that they would be blowing the lint from the roof down into the bottom portion of the vent and that it would need to be cleaned out from the inside again after doing that. He also failed to tell me they would not guarantee the work if it is not subsequently cleared from inside the house as well. This is NOT the "proper" way to serve customers. I asked to speak to his supervisor and as I was trying to discuss the situation with the supervisor on the phone, the technician kept speaking over him and trying to explain why it had to be done. It got to the point that I actually had to tell him firmly to stop talking. After speaking at length to the technician's supervisor and reminding him that I had booked this through HomeAdvisor, they did complete the work "properly" for the original price quoted. The vent seems fine now, but it has only been a couple of weeks. Only time will tell. I was not given any information about the "guarantee" they mentioned. The laundry room was a disaster after they literally blew all of the lint into the house. Had I known that would happen, I could have moved laundry other things from the room beforehand. Overall this was an extremely frustrating experience that could have been avoided if they had been honest from the beginning. I will NOT hire or recommend this company to anyone I know. Everyone needs to be warned and HomeAdvisor should do something about their dishonesty.

No confirmation call the day before. The car was unmarked, with nothing to identify the company, and the service person didn't have anything on him to identify himself. The first thing he asked was to use the bathroom, then left the seat up. Price quoted was $99, but service person found problems and price became $399. When I said I couldn't afford it he asked if I was a Senior, and kept lowering the price. I finally said I couldn't afford more than $100 and he did the work. I have no idea if it was quality work.

Deceitful service man. I was supposed to only pay $125 but he ended up trying to charge me $359 without listing out the details of the added costs. My phone quote and the invoice clearly shows I was only supposed to pay $125 for cleaning and for inspection. He did not inspect my chimney. He also showed me that his other customers, whose invoice also showed $125 were also charged $359. This is a con and very unprofessional.
