DO NOT FALL FOR THE $99 SERVICE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. NOT WORTH IT. I quoted a price for the project and got charged more than double. for simply vacuuming out my fireplace? I could have done that myself. I assumed hiring a professional would leave me satisfied with complete service. Promised a lot and delivered poorly.

Scammy company. The $99 special to clean and inspect the chimney turned into a $1,800 bill. My chimney needed deep cleaning, although there was no evidence or proof why, and they just used the basic brush I could get from Home Depot and a shop vac. Nothing fancy or expensive at all. I even had to clean up ash after they left. Also, they charged me a secret $50 credit-car fee. While the work performed was decent, they took advantage of me and I would never recommend them.

Quick job and thorough

BEWARE THEIR WEBSITE PROMOTIONS ARE MISLEADING. On their website, it was advertised that they would do a $99 inspection and cleaning. No were on their website or while I made the appointment that the $99 ad, had stipulations or was only based on annual cleaning. I had not used my fireplace until this last year but it had been about 3 years since the last inspection, When the Tech came out he told me it would be $270, not $99. They did a good job, but will go with someone else who is more upfront about their charges next time.

The Technician arrived and did the intial insepction for chimney and dryer vent cleaning, and immeidately tired to upsell me on additional services. Original estimate was $200, he tried to sell me extra services for an additional $600. We asked to see his Chimney Safety Insitute of America license and were told he had one, but it was kept at the office. He was unable to produce it and did not now his CSIA license number.

The Guys were super nice and courteous. But they were hired to clean HVAC. They basically said it was really dirty and would be an additional cost to clean each vent. The discovered ac pad drain was clogged and proposed cleaning all 11 vents with the 2 return air vents. Originally was given a quote for a couple hundred for air duct cleaning. Quote after the inspection was about 1500 to fix clogged pan and clean all. They said had mold. I just wanted it done and said fine. The guy was here 2 days probably a good 6 to 7 hours or so total. He then at the end said sorry and could not do any of the downstairs vents. He took those off the bill bringing it to 1200. He showed me pictures of what he said was what was cleaned. I had asked if they could switch out the pan on ac since it was rusty from clog but they could not. They just unclogged it. I paid them and had to plan to get the downstairs cleaned but then we looked at upstairs vents and many of them were still just as filthy as before. They were nice and here a long time, but I do not know what they did that took 7 hours because still dirty on many. 1200 for unclogging ac drain pan, then partial cleaning of only my upstairs vents. They did run the suction on downstairs but said could not clean them. I feel like it was a waste of 1200. Still need to hire another company to clean the ones they would not downstairs. And clean the missed ones upstairs as well as get pan on ac changed.

Did a great job with replacing existing worn out chimney flashing and sealing two roof vents. Was furnished before and after pictures for my records.

WANTED WORK DONE.GUY CAME AND DID 40 MINUTES OF WORK AND THATS IT. ESTIMATE WAS 1200 . DID NOT DO EVERYTHING ON ESTIMATE. STATED SP CHARGED WAY MORE THEN WHAT SHOUDL'VE BEEN CHARGED. STATED SP TOLD HER TO TAKE DOWN REVIEW AND THEY WOULD GIVE MONEY BACK. ENDED UP NOT GIVING THE MONEY BACK.IS LOOKING TO GET MONEY BACK DOES NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE.

David was very patient when we explained exactly what the problem was and that we did not want an expensive fix because we are going to have to get a new roof soon.

I feel this servicer severely overcharged me.

Service was quick and clean. Offered a low-pressure upsell. Notified me of some maintenance that we could defer, so it was nice to know I wasn’t being pressured into a bunch of extra costs.

Easy to do business with. The job was done on-time. Most appreciated.

I gave them $750.00 for him to fill in the cracks in the fireplace then paint them. The job was so bad he had to go get his equipment and come back in and fix the places he missed. He even found other places he missed. He painted while the adhesive was still wet so it peeled off in some places after he left. Very nice guy but I am disappointed.
