Great job! Very professional and knew what they were doing. I also used them for two other projects after that and will continue to use them.

David and his team were very professional. He explained the process and everything involved so that I completely understood the service they were providing. Great company and would definitely hire them again.

The price quoted on the phone was lower. Then big upselling. I was told $75 and $85 for chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. When they arrived, the prices were $85 and $99. Then they said I needed the deep cleaning for my chimney (gas fireplace). Then there was tax added for $32. The total bill was around $450. United Home charged tax, unlike other duct cleaning companies or HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc. When Frymire came to clean the HVAC vents, there was no tax added and the price was as quoted. While the customer service was excellent, I would not hire United Home again because the price was unclear. I have no idea if the quality of the work was good because I did not see any before or after pictures of the dryer vent or chimney.

Professional & timely

When I set up this service, they told me **cleaning the chimney costs 99 dollars**, but, when the guy arrived, he charged me 350. I ended up paying for it because I did not have other time to do it. So yeah, I do not recommend doing business with them!

They were good and convenient. A bit expensive in my opinion for the work.

The company did a good job.

David and his workman were fast and efficient-they cleaned the ducts and showed pictures of the cleaned air ducts. Now my house is so cool from having the dirt removed from the air ducts.

Excellent professional friendly service

Tech showed up when scheduled. He provided photos of the attic space that we were having blown. Was very knowledgeable and courteous. We hired them and they showed up for that appointment 30 minutes early which was great because the job was in Dallas and heat rises early in the morning quickly. Finished the job in less than 2 hours, showed finished project with photos. Left everything clean and our problem was solved! Will definitely use them Again!

I recently bought my house and then had foundation repairs, a jack hammer in my master bedroom and hallway, my eyes were almost swollen shut because of all the dust, dirt and everything else in-between! I called them on Saturday and they came out today on Sunday, no less!!! OOOH, my goodness, I am so very pleased, so thank you so very much, my home smelled beautiful and my air conditioning unit is running how it's intended to be!!! Prompt and cleanly. Did good work and kept me informed the whole time

I just moved into a new house. My air vents were disgusting and smelled. The technician advised an upgraded service that would thoroughly clean and disinfect my vents. I went with the recommendation and the day he did the service I was happy. The next day I noticed the smell was still there. I called the company the technician came back out, didn?t even look at the situation before advising he couldn?t do anything to help me. Then why did you even bother coming back out and even further wasting my time? He told me the issue was that I needed to replace my ac unit but my system is brand new (less than a month old). Anyway I spent $500 for a service that didn?t meet my needs and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job they didn?t do.

Its not clear to be explained between basic cleaning and deep cleaning. I was charged for deep cleaning of $299 instead of basic of $99. For me its is just a basic cleaning. Also, I was charged $200 to put a metal mess covered the outside opening of the chimney with a statement that there was no guaranteed at all. So if the work is done badly and the wind blows away the mess as my$200 blown away into the wind. The work should have at least 30 or 90 days warranty!

On time, worked hard to keep the area clean, done in one hour. Very satisfied with the work

Technician did a good job however the job took just over an hour and the cost was almost 500.00 dollars. I wasn't able to determine if the cost for deep cleaning a chimney and fire place was reasonable or not. Next time!
