The team that cleaned my duct was awesome! Such a great work ethic- by polite young men! They worked diligently & effectively to produce amazing results!! Highly recommend!!!

They tell you $99 dollar chimney cleaning, then when he got here he said i needed a deep clean charged me $300 foe the clean and $500 to put 2 small buckets of cement on the crown,. It took him 7 minutes. My husband paid for it, I would have never agreed to this outrageous, ridiculous cost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very friendly, on time, worked hard, cleaning my chimney. We have a problem with smoke coming into the house and that didn't fix it, but still working with them to find the problem. They also put more insulation in our attic.

Was told $99 for a chimney sweep via phone. When he arrived, I was then told a sweep is different from cleaning. The cleaning cost $299. Would have appreciated knowing this information beforehand. The **cleaning** looked like a sweep to me.

we hired United Home Services to come evaluate our fireplaces, do a deep cleaning and assist us evaluating a prior chimney sweep company we had just used a couple of weeks ago. United Home Services company was OUTSTANDING!! They were uber professional and helpful. They relieved our minds that our fireplaces were safe, did a deep cleaning and provided invaluable information about the what should have been done and what we should have been charged from the fly by night company we had used 2 weeks before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Wc could not have been more pleased with them.

The advertised special is not for cleaning, it is just for a sweep. they charge several $100 more for an actual scrubbing and cleaning. Heads up.

Would have been 5's across the board but they dumped debris from cleaning in my trash can with no bag and it was a challenge to empty since the trash company will not dump anything over 40 lbs.

Called me back same day as my inquiry and came out the very next- everything was taken care of for our chimney within 24 hours of reaching out and the service was great

The contact had given me one price two times for all the service that I had ask for and their guy shows up and it is three times that amount. Their person did an inspection and said that the ducts did not need to be cleaned, just the returns, the fireplace and the dryer duct. He was there three hours and his price was over $300 per hour. He took my brand new filters that were valued over $150.

I was very comfortable to having them in my home. They were very respectful of my home and very friendly. They finished the job in a timely manner and the did did good work.

If somebody calls for service and you give him a quote you should stick with the starting quote and not raise up the amount at the end

All seemed ok when contacted by United Home Services after searching for a company for a fireplace inspection. Contacted by Mike by text that told me they have a special for $99 for sweeping and inspection. Workers came out Sunday and said I needed the cracks repaired to make it safe to use and did a chimney sweep. Bill total was $782 and change. When I got the invoice by email to see the itemized charges, I was charged $299 for the chimney sweep calling it a **deep cleaning**. All they used was a drill and the linking tools with a beater on the end to do the sweep. Nothing **deep cleaning** about it. I contacted Mike and he told me that he needed to talk to the workers that came out and he would call me back. This was on Monday because even though the workers are working on Sunday Mike can not be reached. Did not hear back so called again on Tuesday. He still had not talked to the workers. I called on Wednesday, no answer, left a message and texted. No response from Mike. I am due a $200 refund. Do not know what I am going to have to do to get my money back. Shady business practice. Be warned.

The project was done correctly. It was done in a timely manner. The project turn out in my favor.
