Asked for a quote ahead of time. 149 special for the 10/1 then 20 bucks per vent and 30 per return additional for a total of 549. you would think since they were already going to be there the additional units would be more of a "prorated price" instead of a rip you off price. I didn't use them.

They are near impossible to contact either via phone or email. Initially left a voice mail as they "were away from the phone" but had to call back several hours later to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The techs that came out were great however, giving good advice and very courteous but said I needed more work as the vent wasn't routed outside properly. Tried calling the office to again receive the "away from phone" message so emailed. This was mid morning. Must have tried calling again about 10 times throughout the day to schedule a follow up call for a quote for the new work and always got the same voicemail message. 2 days later I try again to call to get same message so follow up by email to say if they want my business I need a response today as already lining up other contractors and still no call or email back from the office. If you don't need to speak to anyone then they are fine but good luck trying to talk to someone in the office as they never answer their phone or return emails.

The dryer vent is not easily accessed from the Towne House roof and the dryer is located on the second floor in drain pan. The two man crew arrived on time, decided on the best way to work on my vent. They worked quickly and carefully and answered all my questions. I would hire them again.

A+ service. I just bought my house a little over a year ago and I had no clue when the dryer vents were cleaned out, although it had definitely been a long time. The energy efficiency Audit was very educational and I was pleased to hear that my air flow was working well. The staff was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company and I was very pleased with their work on all services.

They did a good job. I had them do an in-home energy assessment and it was thorough, but I felt like they were very salesy with the amount of services that they're providing and they didn't really help me understand what was the best value for my money. What stood out was the pushiness of the energy audit.

It was just fine. They called me pretty much right away. I spent a little bit more because I had a couple of additional vents. I paid an additional $30. They did a pretty good job. It was only one guy. It was supposed to be two but I guess somebody was sick. It took a little bit longer than I was expecting. As part of the promotion, they included an energy audit that was done by the owner which was scheduled separately at a much later date. My interaction with them was fine. They were professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with the work. I think they did a good job. Having the energy audit done at the same time as the duct work cleaning would have been very helpful to me so that I didn't have to have two trips to schedule it.

They did an excellent job! I watched them do the work and I have full confidence it was done right. They stayed late to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It went will and found few issues with the new home construction, which later builder fixed it. However, Electronic devices are not used for checking the insulation in wall or for any air leaks as shown on climate doctors website. It was done manually, it might be because of the offer price.

Technician arrived as scheduled at 8:00a Tues. June 14 to seal ductwork. Tech spent approx. 30min in attic applying mastic to various area on supply and return air plenums and duct collars. When I got home at approx. 5p I was curious and went to see what was done. I made sure the fan was on to "feel" how well things were sealed. I was unable to check the return air since it was sucking and not blowing. I could see the new mastic at the collars. I could feel three areas that a considerable amount of air was escaping. There was a gap in the air handler frame near the combustion air fan, area where refrigerant lines entered the evaporator coil and a hard to reach supply plenum collar on the back side on the underside. I suppose only one of those leaks are "duct" related. I got aluminum tape and some mastic of my own to seal the areas allowing the conditioned air to escape. I’m very disappointed in results from the 30min of work provided for $325 plus taxes.

After purchase, I called vendor to schedule audit. Immediately found out that they only schedule audits M-F 9am-4pm. Unfortunately, I have a 45 min commute to work and can't miss so I have very little ability to meet him during those hours during week. They don't offer weekend audits. They recommended I reschedule via their online scheduling system on their website. I scheduled a date/time several weeks out but then they emailed a few days later that they couldn't honor that time because the owner was doing an audit on other side of town. So I looked further out and coordinated the audit to coincide with a dental appt this morning. They date/time was confirmed several times via email and a call. I got back to the house early but they didn't show and I didn't receive a call warning me about any delay. I waited 15 min after the scheduled appt time and called Climate Doctors. The lady answering the line didn't know what was going on so offered to call the owner. She called back 10 min later and said he was stuck at another job and would be 1-1.5 hours late beyond our scheduled appt time. I asked why I never received a call that he was running late but she didn't have an answer. I couldn't wait around and miss anymore work so relayed that I needed to cancel the appt and would be asking for a refund from AL. She did call back an hour later and offer a free audit from the owner. At this point, I have zero interest in wasting anymore time with this company. The team (two of them) arrived on time and started work quickly. There were extra ducts and returns in excess of the deal but the cost was known before they started and it was reasonable. The process is noisy so if you plan to stay you may want to have some headphones. The team used blankets under each duct to collect any debris that feel while they were cleaning up and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived.

The workers worked VERY hard. The project manager didn't not provide clear instructions to the workers about the work to be performed. There were communication problems with the workers, and overall poor project management.
