Everything went great. Climate doctors was very professional, The whole job took about 2 hours very competitive pricing.

It went smoothly. They cleaned the duct at the dryer connection and then accessed the roof vent through the attic where they removed a screen from the flap. The screen was not supposed to be there and was blocking some ventilation. After this they fed the vacuum hose through the dryer vent up to the attic to remove any extra lint. I decided to purchase a new vent hose and they installed this. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to others.

They went above and beyond. Our venting system for the dry in our previous home had a strange venting. The washer and dryer were right in the middle of our house in the utility room. Normally where it just connects to the outside and goes to the side of the house, ours actually went up and out the ceiling. The way they had designed it, it didn't work well. One of the techs went and bought a specialty part, made some adjustments and cut through it, to get it to fit correctly so that our vent to dryer would work better. We had gone through a couple of dryers. They explained everything to me and said, 'Your main system is not working well. We don't know how you feel about leaving this problem for your next buyer.' I said that explains it because we had gone through two different dryers over the years that burned out when our washers blasted. They went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure that it would be suitable for the purchasers coming in. We knew the people coming in to our home personally. They went above and beyond more so for safety than anything else.

We have been having an issue with a the dryer venting correctly since the installation of a new dryer. We had not experienced an issue previous to the new dryer installation. The installation company contents that it is not their installation that caused the issue and recommended that we have the vent cleaned. We choose to go with Climate Doctors based on their Angie's List reviews. They also happen to running a $89 offer. Tech Chris arrived as scheduled and worked on the venting from both ends for a considerable period of time without improving the air flow. He contacted the owner of the company Paul Boyd to seek additional direction. Paul got on the phone and walked me through what he suspected to be the issue. He indicated that he suspected it to be a disconnect pipe in the wall that may have been caused by the dryer installation. However, his techs were unable to see into the venting and offered to find us another service provider who could perform the work. Within an hour I received a call from Maria in the office with a recommendation. They had contacted the other company on our behalf to discuss our issue. Shortly following her call I receive a call from Sue with Home Safe ( a competitor) to discuss the issue and set up a time to do a no cost inspection. It is often difficult to find a good service company and we feel fortunate to have chosen Paul Boyd and Climate Doctors. Not only did they complete the service offered Paul reduce the cost to their standard service fee of $29 because e felt they were not able to correct the issue.

Prompt, professional service. Pulled out more than a garbage bag full of lent built up in the dryer duct. Energy Audit done by owner of company. Very thorough debriefing of findings. Given a shopping list for the home improvement store for things I can fix. Made recommendations on what I could do to improve my home's energy efficiency. Quoted services they could provide in the future and guaranteed the prices with no expiration date. Duct sealing and cleaning performed by two well trained and courteous technicians. I will use them in the future!

We got a trainer and his apprentice that day. The trainer did a very good job and we were happy with the service. He was very detailed and did the job right.

The gyp were courteous. Didn’t make or leave a mess. No camera to view dirtiness or cleanliness. I suggest removing from website as this may be construed as faulty advertising (Intentionally).

Climate Doctors were very punctual and professional. The Angie's List deal I purchased did not cover enough registers for both of my HVAC units, and they kindly allowed me to purchase an additional deal to cover the remaining registers. I far as I can tell they did a thorough job. That being said I was not given any information as to the before/after condition of my HVAC ducts, and I cannot tell any difference in the air quality in my home. It would have been nice to have gotten a better evaluation from the technician (pictures etc.) to make me feel like I wasn't wasting money. Also the Angie's List deal included a free energy audit which was never even mentioned by either of the technicians. I would use them again had I been given a better evaluation of the work performed, but the experience left me feeling that duct cleaning, in general, is a waste of time and money.

The appointment was scheduled to 9:30 am and they called at 9 am to tell me they were actually early and asked if they could come in early to the house. I never receive this type of calls from anyone I hire services from so that was a pleasant surprise. Willy and Oscar did a fantastic job. They went ahead and brought their ladder and climbed to the roof to check the dryer vent. It was horribly clogged. They cleaned it within 40 minutes. After that, they brought their vacuum machine with the brushes and they brought the cloth pads to put under each vent. They started in the kitchen and moved to the back of the house and finishing with the bedrooms. They were thorough and were never rushing. Since my house is not that big and it is only one story, they were in and out in less than two hours. I had my filters in the attic and they installed it once the return and all vents were cleaned. Thank you Climate Doctors for your professionalism and attention. I would definitely hire you again and again.

They did such a wonderful job. They had done a wonderful job on insulating, doing vent cleaning and putting some new vents. They were hard to get a hold of. They're so popular. They just did a wonderful work. They were really good. The price was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Super professional and quality work

They cleaned all of the vents and turned them the correct way and cleaned up all of their mess (it was very little). It only took about 1 1/2 hours, I thought that it would take longer. Yes, I would use them again.

Air duct cleaning crew showed up on time, were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Hoping that the cleaning improves some of the issues we have with allergens in the house. The energy audit was done by the owner, and that was extremely helpful. He pointed out some really important items for gaining energy efficiency, some of which were critical items that we need to address now, before summer hits. We will definitely be doing more business with the Climate Doctors. Highly recommend their services.

They did a pretty good job. They also installed two air filters I'd supplied. I would recommend them to anyone. They were an hour late, but they did call and informed me they were running behind. They were very professional.

Quality of the work done was satisfactory but scheduling was such a hassle I would not use again. They do not answer the phone instead phone calls go straight to a message system. I work shift work and can not have my phone on except during breaks. It took two straight weeks of me calling and leaving messages asking to be called back at a specific time before I was actually able to speak to someone on the phone.

Short falls were explained and collective monskles explained along with mices and which items to fix fire.
